Pizza Hut

We didn't want the spicy meats-Italian sausage & pepperoni,(we are elderly with touchy stomachs)- just add the same amount of these meats with burger & ham. The gal I talked to on the phone said that would be fine with no extra charge(I had a coupon) but when I picked it up the guy at the window said that was incorrect and wanted to change me more until I had a hissy fit!! Guess we, as elderly- won't be going here!

Pizza was ready when I went to pick it up, hot and delicious. The gal that checked me out was upbeat, positive, friendly, polite, efficient, an employee that any organization would be happy to have on their team.

Hi. The pizza was fine. No problem there. But delivery was late by ten minutes. I was hosting my sons birthday party, so that kind of caused a little problem with the schedule.

Ordered online at 2 pm said to expect delivery at 339pm. 4 oclock hits and no pizza. Tried to call and was put on hold for 30 min. and never was able to speak with someone. Got in car to drive to Pizza Hut to see what is going on and see our order sitting on porch. Food was cold. Very upset. Pizza Hut is joke anymore! Who just drops pizza off and doesnt even ring doorbell!

They aren't open inside for some reason. The drive thru is open though. The pizza was what you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Good as always. They need to open inside.

I ordered a 3 topping with extra sauce and sticks. I think I tasted some sauce, but not sure. Quick delivery because they skip steps, like adding dipping sauce to breadsticks. Not cool, guys. There's always something wrong with my order at this location. I think there's a better pizza place right down the street...

I completed a large on-line order. The web site was easy to navigate, ordering was simple, payment was simple, delivery was timely, the delivery person was courteous, and the food was perfect. Good job Pizza Hut, Norfolk, NE.

This is a great location, delivered in a timely manner. Food shows up hot fresh and delicious. I have ordered from here about 10 times and never got a bad meal. The delivery drivers have been well mannered and always seem to have a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this location. A+

About a month ago I ordered a pizza and got it right after it was made. It looked and tasted dry and had barely any sauce or toppings. The company contacted me and apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pizza which was very professional and appreciated. Today I redeemed it for another pizza and yet again I was very disappointed with the quality. I will not come back to this pizza hut.

Both of this are extra pepperoni and one looks like it's not I'm fr done with this one on Benjamin. Made by the general manager and I told them I've gotten better from other places and they said they're doing it wrong.
