Pizza Hut

I've had delivery and gone through the drive-thru several times before. This was the first time that I went inside the restaurant. It was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly.. as they always are. My husband and I are planning to stay and eat the next time we have pizza.

It took about 2 hours for me to get my food delivered. I called and asked where it was at and they said they forgot to make it. Then when I got my pizza it was cold. I thought it was ok when they gave me a coupon for a free pizza. The next time I ordered my pizza, I got it free but it was soggy and had barely any toppings. I won't be eating here again until they can get it together.

Order pizzas online at 4:40pm for supper and requested a 5:30pm pick up. Arrived to pick up and twenty minutes later (5:50) still no order. I was told they were backed up due to a large order before mine. Asked for my money back and waited another 5-8 minutes. I was sitting in the drive through from 5:30pm to 5:55pm. I received my money back but I would have liked to have my order since it was for supper. I do not believe they had even started the order when I asked for my money back. If my order would have been ready by 5:55pm I would have taken it but I was tired of waiting. I received my money back and left. I'm thinking they were not staffed to handle a Thursday evening. Very disappointed.

Had the buffet at busy lunch hour. Pizza was fresh and empty pans were regularly replaced. Service was good, got drink refilled when needed. Salad bar could have been better, but wasn't the worst I've seen. Would eat there again.

Great flavor, the order was exactly what I wanted and expected. The person in the drive-thru in front of me was yelling at the employee, but the employee still treated me with positive customer service skills.

Pizza Hut was very busy today and my order to go was way late. The man who waited on me was so kind and courteous and went out of his way to apologize. I had to cancel my order but he kindly refunded my money and gave me part of my order for free A frazzled staff, working hard to keep up, did their best to make sure I didn't leave feeling bad about the place. Thanks for are your hard work and kindness.

Huge disappointment! I was delivered the wrong pizza tonight. I called and was told it would be made right. After a 12 hr day at work and craving a super supreme, and patiently waiting another 45 minutes. I went from being extremely happy about getting my pizza to another epic fail!!! When I started eating it, I thought it tasted strange. Yep, the cheese was not the only thing stringy. The dough was still raw on 50% of the crust. I'm sorry but come on guys.!!!

Arrived 30 minutes after they opened to have the buffet they offer at lunch. Ahead of us was a group of high school students for the same offer. I watched as one student filled his plate heaped, brought it to his seat, then return and fill another plate filled with bread sticks and then a third plate with food before starting to eat. None of the staff members did or said any thing to him about hoarding the food which was limited since they were still bringing out the first round of food for the day and didn't have a lot of food out. I wasn't the only one inconvenienced by this. I returned my drink and told them to take my buffet off the bill. I wasn't going to wait for more selection and basically ruined my whole lunch. I did mention it when I paid for my sons lunch. I will most likely not be returning there anytime soon.
