Norfolk Lodge & Suites, Ascend Hotel Collection

The staff was attentive and very friendly. The hotel had many amenities and was very clean. It is a beautiful facility. We were very pleased with our stay. We will be back for sure!

I stayed in room 236 and was happy with the place until I woke up the next morning with BED BUGS all over the bed. I noticed something crawling on me during the night but never would have thought it would be bed bugs. I flipped the pillow I was using and saw multiple. All different sizes so it's been an on going problem. Let me tell you its just a mess trying to make sure you're not taking them home with you. I did get my room comped but I just want to warn people! PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU LAY IN BED!

I had rowdy loud kids in the next room that kept us up all night. Not a good stay. I had to call the front desk 3 times. Asked to be compensated they said no. Not the relaxing trip i wanted.

Nice hotel, very clean, modern. But the beds are way to high. If you are under 6 ft, you'll need to bring a footstool to get into bed.

We enjoyed our stay here, even though it was not for pleasure. The hotel was very nice, staff was accommodating, and we found all we needed within distance.
