Due to the poor quality of customer service over the phone, I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere. I would recommend that phone training be implemented so as not to lose any more potential clients.

The guys and service at Jerry's is awesome!!! My car was going to take a long time and they let me use a vehicle to go home,!! They are very fair on their prices and don't try to fix anything you didn't discuss!! Thanks Guys!!!

I've always had great service from Jerry's and have been slowly moving all the work I was having done at "cheaper" places now done by Jerry's. Great service, quick work done right and good people! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I dropped off my ford taurus 2008 to this repair service beecause it was overheating. they replaced the radiator and charged over $450. next time I go to drive it the engine overheating the same. I take it back. now they say it's head gasket and they won't repair it. so....they just changed a part that didn't need to be changed and took money and no sorry no I refund ur money....just see you 🤨😒😔

I had a great experience with these guys. I'm from 500+ miles away and was leisure driving in this part of the country for the first time.. My Celica broke down and decided to quit just before I got through town. Thank goodness I called the right place! I called at around 1:00. Wrecker showed up promptly and was super friendly. As I suspected, my alternator died, and they had me ready to go well before closing time. They offered me a ride to somewhere while I waited, and kept me apprised of progress while I waited in the lobby. I completed the long trek home today with no issues at all. I can't thanks Jerry's enough! ~~ B.J.
