Kris Monk is the the person to work with. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. They didn't have what I was looking for, but she offered to search and get me what I wanted. Even though I ended up not buying a vehicle, I know where to go when I am back in the market.

Loved that my vehicle was picked up and dropped back off. Services were completed while I was at work. Taking an errand and a trip to Norfolk off of my day off list of things to do. Price was great, used a coupon. Only complaint is they shut my head lights off, didn't realize this til driving through town after work. People telling me I had no tail lights. The street lights were bright enough I had not noticed. Would be nice if they remembered to turn them back on.

My sales person was Lauren. She was helpful and answered all of my questions. She took time to show me details of the vehicle including the technology items. She also offered the opportunity to call / text her with any future questions. The finance process was pleasant and easy. I like the post- purchase opportunities that Courtesy Ford offers.
