Very fast service. Was confused when asked about putting air pressures to where they needed and when I left all 4 tire sensors were lit up. I had to add air back to all 4 tires to reset sensors

He was informative without being pushy or acting like all he wanted was to sell the car. He was helpful through the whole process of financing and worked to get us the best deal possible. After we were approved he filled the gas tank and had the pickup detailed. Dusty was friendly and professional, we had a wonderful experience with purchasing our pickup from courtesy. I’ve never in my life have had a dealership that I would recommend to anyone, until my experience with Courtesy Ford of Norfolk! Kris was an absolute delight to work with and everyone there made a point to introduce themselves to us. The vehicles were all clean and well kept, they let me drive 10 different vehicles so that I was sure on what I wanted to purchase. While we were waiting on the bank, we played pin ball and Pac-Man, they had complimentary drinks and delicious homemade snacks and cookies! I will forever recommend them because they were fair, kind, accommodating, and a lot of fun making the process that is usually stressful and nerve wracking a good and fun experience.

He continued to give me suggestions and respected my decisions as I turned down pickups. He was patient and gave me time to think and process the buying decision. I fell in love with the last pickup he showed me and the test drive sealed the deal! He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle history and past care. He set up the app on my phone for me, got everything programmed and showed me how to use it. Zach in financing was great too at explaining all the steps and helping me to make financial decisions by listening and understanding my financing needs. The service and customer care department also impressed me with their work and attention to detail. They even delivered the pickup to me to make my life easier. The phone calls to make sure everything was going ok with my pickup were thoughtful and appreciated. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Impressed with that gal, "Dee" - we called to get a diagnostics done on my Dad's car, she was very informative about his car, what is going on, what it may need or not need and set up the appt sooner than we thought and even got the car there for us. Had notified us right away as to what was found out. Love this, great to have some knowledgable employees!! Definitely going back to her - thanks again!!!
