Buffalo Wild Wings

Dinner service was extremely slow. Customer occupancy was light and the servers almost didn't provide the customer service I was hoping to receive tonight. I would recommend this place with higher ratings if some of the servers would actually do their jobs as intended. Slow receiving food and very little customer-staff interaction regarding service. All in all, it took me 2 hours to finally eat and depart this establishment.

This location merits an average experience and rating. The building was clean inside and tidy. The bathroom was mostly clean. The staff was very friendly. Once the food finally came out, it tasted fresh. I ordered an adult beverage and it took forever to get it. I put in an order for an appetizer while deciding what I wanted. Once I ordered my food, it took way longer than it should have to come out. Upon asking the waitress where my appetizer was, she came to the conclusion that she forgot and never put it in. My dinner showed up before my appetizer. In summary, food is good but you'll probably have to wait awhile to get it.

Food came out slowly, one plate at a time, so we didn't get to eat at the same time as a family. Had to ask for extra sauce for the wings too, or else they didnt have sauce. Chicken sandwich and tater tots were great though!

Ordered delivery through their website. Staying at hotel. Pre-ordered delivery for specific time. Even called them to confirm. Waited over 1.5hrs after our scheduled time, which now made it over 2 hrs late. My husband had to leave the hotel and walk all the way there to pick-up our order. They then had to re cook all the food that had been sitting there for over an hour. Then wouldn't even admit their fault. Blaming it on doordash when we specifically ordered via their website. Ruined our whole evening and no longer had time to take kids swimming. They fell asleep waiting. Then husband had to walk 5 meals all the way back to the hotel. Now 8PM. Wish me luck waking my kids up for 8PM dinner

Great food and a nice place to eat. Very long wait to get a table despite numerous empty and clean tables. Were also out of a lot of items that severely limited the menu.

It was ok... There was more brisket amongst my fries than in my sandwich and the chicken wings from the sampler were awful. The food timing was horrible too. Someone who wasnt our waitress brought my friends Burger and 5 minutes later i got my sandwich. A couple minutes after I was served, they then brought out the sampler. Maybe dinner will be better 🤔

Amazing customer service! Food was amazing. I love the selection of food and drinks. Sauce is very tasty. Our family loved it so much we took the leftovers.

Hostess was MIA for a solid 5 minutes with people continuing to come in and wait. Ordered BONELESS wings, burger, and fries. Received bone in wings and was told they were out of boneless when they brought them out. Waiter said he didn't hear us say boneless and that hostess was supposed to tell everyone they were out when she seated people. To top it off the waiter forgot to put our burger and fries in altogether. So we got bone in wings, which we hate, and the rest of our meal never came. Bathrooms were disgusting. Worst service ever! Do not recommend! And they were not very busy at all!

All I can say is wow. I am in complete awe over this experience. I seen the worst and best service in my life. So let's break it down. We get there and it's not very busy yet which is fine for me. The hostess sat us at our table by throwing the menus down and walking off before we were halfway to the table. She sat us so that the bartender was also our waitress; mind you, we are not at the bar! The bartender was by far the busiest worker. It took her a little bit to get to us every time, but she did it with a smile. She made the venture in there well worth it. She makes amazing drinks too. Cheers. I made sure tell the manager as well. The wings, the main event, was over cooked and we are pretty sure they messed up the sauce order. So to summarize: I wish I got the bartender's name, but if you own a bar, you should go offer that gal a job because she will work hard and do it with an amazing personality!

I came in and asked for a place to plug in my laptop. No problem. Immediately seated. Jordan was my waiter. Service, food, the personalities of the Jordan, the manager Dennis, and the hostess were remarkably upbeat and friendly. This stop for food, drink, and a game could not have gone better. Surely will be back here when next in town! Thank you all :-) Bob
