Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed an order through door dash. The order got approved by Buffalo Wild Wings. Then 30 minutes later I receive a call from Door Dash telling me that Buffalo Wild Wings decided that it was too late to fulfill my order. Why did you bother accepting the order ?! Why wait 30 minutes. So upset. Now I don’t get any food!

Service was a little slow, but I knew they were short staffed. Our waitress was patient with us and very proactive with providing napkins when she noticed we were out. Overall good experience.

Food was good but service was questionable. Didn't have a few beers I asked for and once our food came our check showed up right after and took forever to get it paid. Good for one in a great while but not the best place in Norfolk.

Good wings, slow staff, but it is a good time to come to bdubs with a few buds. The different wing sauces are immense, from a little mild spice, to one of the hottest wings you can have. Street tacos and burgers are also good options if you don't want wings. All the TVs in the place play sport channels which is nice for a sports bar obviously, I'm not a fan but with all the TVs I still get a glimpses of the game everything I look around. A nice, layed back bar and place to eat.

Good food. Good beer. Good sports. I enjoy coming to this bww. Staff. Has always been friendly. Prices are on par. will keep on returning to this establishment.

Absolutely horrible service. Long wait even though they were empty tables. The hostess was just plain rude.

Tried the sweet chili boneless wings tonight and they were really good, could've been spicier but great flavor

Every time I’ve come in, they’ve been out of a lot of menu items. Came in tonight, and was stared at for a good few minutes without being helped. When I finally was helped, I was met by a very rude man. He said what do you want. I asked for a booth, he then pointed to half of the restaurant, said that’s closed. I asked for the other side and was seated. He was very passive-aggressive and condescending. Then as I was looking over the items, right after being seated he asked what do you want, again in a condescending tone. So we left and called the restaurant and spoke with Emily, and informed her of our poor experience. We hope the overall experience improves at this location. Very dissatisfied and uncomfortable.

I'm not sure if the server we got was incredibly new or if she really was that bad. She got an order wrong and the wrong order arrived before the appetizers. Once the appetizers came out we had all of 2 minutes to enjoy them before the rest of the food started coming out. Never once got a refill on our drinks. I've never seen grease pour from a burger the way the one they served us did. Then we were feeling a little ill before we left. I guess that's what we get for straying from wings at a place that specializes in wings.

Absolutely ridiculous. First they make you wait, then they mess up your order. Go to a real restaurant where people actually care about you.
