Service took forever, didn’t get the correct wings, we asked for extra sour cream for the taco salad three times before we got it. Poutine came out 20 minutes after the wings and taco salad. When I said I didn’t want it anymore he just grabbed it and didn’t ask why. Absolutely no remorse for terrible service. This was all after being in two days earlier where the kitchen was incredibly slow and couldn’t be bothered to toast the bread on a blt. I’ve never seen anything like this, just unbelievable.

The food is pretty decent, the service, not so much. If the servers where there to work rather than tee hee ha ha with each other, I probably wouldn’t be typing of this review. I’ve been here two times, two times something was forgotten on my order. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I didn’t notice the servers more interested in talk time. There was a server named Demitri. He seemed to actually do his job well. Wish I would have had him as a server.

While this may not be my first choice when in a hurry, the staff is very nice, the service over all is good, and the food is excellent. They were not at all surprised to see us arrive with a group, and we feel comfortable bringing children, as it is quite family friendly. Keno is also available.

My friend visits this place more than I do but the waitresses not only remember his name but remember me as well. During the busy times it don't take long to get seated. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Waitress was good but the food wasn't that great. Seemed like they were understaffed like alot of places.

My boyfriend and I have come here 2 other times before this visit and last nights visit blew us away!! I ordered The Big Red wrap, which is normally super good but last night it tasted off. It honestly tasted like the chicken was boiled, slightly shredded then slapped in my tortilla. It tasted very bland and tasteless so I requested a bacon cheeseburger instead because I know you can’t really mess a burger up (well you can, but I’ve had a burger here as well and it was flame so I hoped!!). Anyway, the burger was delivered maybe within 5 minutes to ordering it, with fresh fries. I was amazed about how fast it came out and it made me start noticing how fast all the waiters/waitress’s are! Y’all got an amazing group of workers!! There wasn’t a time I didn’t see one of them not pacing to their next area. Amazing! We also ordered two Long Island iced teas, which my boyfriend loved but mine didn’t taste very strong nor did it give me a buzz like I was looking for, that’s where the 4 stars come in. It tasted mostly of soda and after a Long Island, i expected to be a little buzzed but nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ We also played the quarter mania game, which is super fun to play! Our booth had a tv so we could see the numbers as they were being played easily! We definitely will be back but hope the chicken tastes better and the long islands to be a little stronger all around.

The food is 'sports bar' size portions, and the quality is superb! The menu has a huge variety! Always amazed at how quickly the food arrives in spite of the size of the establishment. Families, couples, friends meet and gather and enjoy being together so it can get noisy. You can still visit and hear each other in the friendly atmosphere. Servers are cordial and attentive in spite of this very busy establishment.

Service was good but the food was horrible I had the fish and it was so greasy I couldn't eat it and the tartar sauce comes in a container like you get at McDonald's

Customer service for a friendly, food was delicious great place to go to if you want to watch a lot of football games they have awesome TVs all around I enjoyed this place the atmosphere was amazing great place to go and take your family and friends... And it gets packed in there. I recommend this place to anyone who comes from other town or out of state.. keep up the good work guys that are awesome
