Well I order parts said they would get there the next day and we went, turns out they lied and said 2 days after they would get there but didn’t tell us that , so I go the second day turns out they got shipped to the wrong store, DO NOT RECOMMEND on ordering parts from there

I bought a alternator with warranty and now they say they have no replacement, not even available, but when I searched online at the advance auto parts website car quest came up with one. Not happy!

I bought a couple things from a Brad Rogers, he was a great help finding what I needed and ordering the parts for me. Parts came in on time the next day. Prices were comparable to other auto stores. Thanks for your help Brad.

Walked in like 2 minutes from closing for a bulb that a big supercenter did not have and I think i walked out with 15 seconds before closing time. Quick service and great help.

We had a rough trip this trip, to start our universal front and rear went out, next day airfilter Had to be changed, next day batteries had to be replaced, NEXT day the gas filter, next day had a blow out, and everything when something would happen we always stop at advance auto for our vehicles needs. You all seemed to stay well stocked and reasonable priced an have friendly staff. Thank you

We had car problems on our way home from vacation, stopped at advance auto in Norfolk and man did they deliver. We had to fix the car in the parking lot and the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Rick definitely went above and beyond to help us. Even locals stopped to see if they could help, whether offering tools or their assistance, we feel so blessed to have met these folks.

Always able to order online, get discount, use perks bucks, and my order is ready when I get there! They might have new staff morenoften than other stores but they are always willing to learn new things and are very helpful!!
