The. Lady that helped me SAID THEY HAD THE PART WHEN I CALLED SP I DROVE 1HR TO GET IT AND GAVE ME THE WRONG PART. PLUS IT WAS TWICE THE COST OF WHAT SHE TOLD ME I DIDN'T ARGUE THE PRICE AND I ASKED HER ARE YOU SURE IT'S THE RIGHT ONE SHE SAID YES THAT'S WHAT IT CALLED FOR DROVE 1HR BACK TO FIND OUT IT'S THE WRONG PART DROVE BACK. A DIFFERENT PERSON THEN HELPED ME AND LOOKED UP THE PART AND GOT ME THE RIGHT ONE SO I LOST 3HRS OF WRK BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT HELPED ME DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING AND IT'S VERY COSTLY TO THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THE PARTS IF THEY'RE NOT POSITIVE THEN ASK FOR HELP I WAS OUT 3HRS OF LABOR AND VERY UPSET BECAUSE OF THIS. If I make a mistake in my business I have TO take the loss I can't CHARGE FOR A MISTAKE OF SOMEONE I GET PARTS FROM BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT RIGHT SO YOU DON'T LOOSE BUSINESS !!!!!!

Advance auto is a good store.Jean,the lady that helped me,was very helpful and attentive.I did have to wait a little while to be waited on,as they were short staffed.Overall,I would rate my experience as good.Good products,attentive help.
