Great experience! They have flexible hours and are willing to help. Our cat has been going here ever since we had her. She has had a number of eye issues but Superior Vet has always done everything they could. She hasn't had another issue in the past year. Would recommend to others.

This was my first experience at the veterinarian and it was a great one. My pup and I felt as comfortable as we could in these new, uncharted waters. Great facility and great care. I really appreciate that the staff were willing to listen to and answer all of my questions. As a new dog owner, I had a lot of them! A great experience.

Dr. Otto's office was recommended to me by a friend, and it was a GREAT recommendation. Even after we moved across town, I still took my cats there despite the drive - Superior Veterinary Care is worth the extra miles/time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Otto truly cares about my cats - he never rushed our visits or dismissed our concerns. Superior Veterinary Care is just that: Superior.

Superior Vet is simply top notch. All of the veterinarians truly care about your pet and provide the best care possible. Very affordable and competitive prices. All of the staff is warm and welcoming and make sure to develop a good relationship with your pet. The vets take extra time to talk through things and even point out concerns such as dandruff that you wouldn't normally bring up. I repeatedly recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a good vet in the Lincoln area. I will never go to another vet after having visited them for the first time six years ago! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!!

Super friendly and professional staff take care of all of our pet's needs. One of our dog's had to have a major surgery, and her care was top-notch. The staff cared for her like she was one of their family. We also see Dr. Otto for routine exams, nail trims, and various maladies. He and his staff are incredibly kind, patient and helpful to both the animals and their owners!!! We love Dr. Otto and the staff at Superior Vet Care!

I took my cat there for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Chris, at the front desk, was so helpful and was very affectionate with my cat. Everyone made us feel at home, like we have been old friends. I had warned them prior to the visit to have "the gloves" ready because my cat has never taken his shots and exam very well. I was blown away when Dr. Otto was able to do the exam, shots and even got my cat to crawl in his arms without incident. Truly a Dr. Doolittle! I look forward to bringing my future furry family members to see them!

We love Superior Vet! Dr. Walton and the staff have just been awesome. Last November we had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved 7-year-old dog to sleep as she had lymphoma. We will never forget the kindness and support we received from everyone at Superior Vet. They were professional, comforting and helpful in so many ways. They treated us like family and even grieved with us. Until you experience this type of loss, you have no idea how horrible it is and having Superior Vet help us through this time will never be forgotten. We now have a new puppy who has had a few emergency trips to the clinic. The last time we had to take her in (she was spitting up blood), we didn't even get out of the car before a staff member was meeting us and whisking us into a room to see the vet. From the staff to Dr. Walton, we feel very confident that our four-legged kids have the best of care!

Going to the vet with a sick animal always makes me nervous. Thinking about the cost, and what is going to happen to my fur ball. We knew it wasn’t good, they let us take our time with our dear Charli. They brought in a cost sheet and went over it. Dr Young explained what was happening to Charli, and was so compassionate about it. When we made the decision to have our baby cross over the rainbow bridge, they gave us more time, explained how things would happen. We watched our Charli girl pass and it was so peaceful. She was so loved by all. Thank you for the kind words and the hug.
