Superior Veterinary Care

After moving to Lincoln and going through a few clinics that were okay, we had a friend recommend Superior Veterinarian Care to us. We are so glad they did. This clinic is one of the absolute best with friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians that genuinely care for all our furry family members. We have 1 cat and 1 dog in our family and the clinic has treated both like family. Their hours are great, they are extremely flexible if you need to get in on short notice, are very approachable with general questions (many a time we had called in with a concern to see if we needed to bring in our pets for something and they would offer complimentary advice and many times would give us honest answers), and very fair pet plans. There is no doubt in my mind when we take our pets there that they are in great hands.

Boarding: I have used their animal boarding this past year. It was affordable and from my experience they did a great job at making my pets feels better about being away from home and didn't mind me calling to check in, which I did a lot. :) Grooming: I absolutely love their groomer! She does an amazing job on my animals. She really takes the time to go at the pace that is best for them to make it less stressful on them. I have used other groomers in the past but none as amazing or as caring as her. Vet care: I don't have much experience with their veterinary care however a few years ago I had to bring my dog in for an eye problem. They never seen us before but my regular vet at the time was closed so we came here. They really seemed to listen to me and wrote down my dog's history which most vets don't even seem to look at twice. I was highly impressed and felt my dog was getting great care. I really feel that all the staff I have interacted with here have a deep caring for my animals and I have recommended others bring their pets here as well for that reason. Though I wish they were closer to my house the care my pets get here while borading and getting groomed is well worth the drive.

We’ve only been going here for about a month since our kitty is only 6 months old but I love it. Staff is friendly, informative and gentle. Wait time is short which for me is always a plus as I’m always a little early for appointments. Most importantly Tiger approves and loves the staff.

This Veterinary clinic has been absolutely wonderful to my family and I. I would definitely recommend their services!

Cocoa had hurt her paw on something and had to get stiches. She is so active that nothing kept her from chewing on her paw, not even the cones the Dr. tried on her! Cocoa tore out the sutures & we had to let her wound heal and close on its own. Dr. French saw Cocoa each week until she was all better! You are awesome Dr. French!

Been coming here for over a decade and will probably never go anywhere else. They are extremely caring and understanding. Very professional and not judgemental. I had a "bully breed" that I rescued as a pup and she was the most loving and tamest mommy dog. They took care of her until her last day and let me stay after hours in the room while I broke down and offered so many options of memorabilia for us. They even let my son, who grew up with her, sit and hold her to keep her comfortable during the last few moments. We love everyone there! I recommend Superior Vet to everybody I know who has pets.

Brought our dog in who had a tick and got great friendly prompt service. Female veterinarian was kind and gentle with our dog. Wish she lived where we do!

Jodi was the most caring person I have ever met behind a desk. She answered all my questions, catered to me and made me feel so comfortable. As I was price shopping for a spay and neuter service for my 2 cats, Jodi’s service and hospitality stopped me in my tracks. She was the first vet to bring to my attention that the Lincoln Animal Ambassadors offers assistance for spay and neuter. The way she thought of others was the reason why I chose superior vet. I got approved and she got me in right away! Jodi went out of her way to make sure me and my babies were taken care of. She deserves a raise!!!! Keep doing great Jodi!! We notice the small things you do for us.

I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years and they're amazing. My cat Lilly was recently assigned to Dr. Young as a patient. She's very caring and knows what's best for my pet. She always has the greatest attitude as well as all of the employees. The prices are great! I recommend Superior Vet Care to anyone!

This facility lacks compassion and empathy for pet owners. They have a high turnover rate with employees due to how they are treated. Yes, I have spoke to previous employees. We lost our four legged child. We were told that we would get a credit on our account and we would pay once the bill reflected the changes. We were told months later told that we wouldn’t and to pay the whole thing. They sent it to collections. If they needed the money so bad, they could of let us know. Let’s not forget that we had to wait three weeks to get him back when we were told it was only going to be a week. The best choice we made was going somewhere else. Saving a few dollars here is not worth the inconsistency and inconvenience that you receive. If you love your pet, go elsewhere!
