My wife went in for a flat repair without an appointment and the lady at the desk was super nice and made sure to listen to what was wrong with it. She was super busy up front but gave each customer her full attention. The guys did a great job getting her in and out quickly and did a great job we will definitely be coming back for a new set for both vehicles

I will not be coming back to RNR tire! They tried to charge my Aunt $5,000 for 4 used tires. And they told me yesterday that I could make 2 full payments on my next check. And now they went back on what they said! I WILL NOT GO BACK after I pay my tires off! They don't even deserve the 1 start review. They don't care if they make you go broke! I explained my situation because I was just now getting back to work from maternity and the person from yesterday said that was fine. Well the person I talked to told me they couldn't do that. That I needed some kind of payment.

these guys hooked me up with some new tires for my truck, their prices aren't unreasonable, their service after the sale is good. the lease to own option is WAY more expensive but i wouldnt rent to own a tv either

They made the ownership easy with their layaway plan. I got 4 tire’s plus a great deal. Tire balancing roadside assistance warranty for my tires. The team at RNR Tires is worth going to.

RNR accommodated my husband and I by remaining open after hours to repair a leaking tire so we could be on our way back to Colorado. The staff, Jose, Logan were top notch in every way. No cost for repair, just a sincere desire to provide the best possible service and the joy and satisfaction of being of service to others. 5 stars for this group of all around good guys. Excellent service and all around great experience for me. Contacted them wanting an odd size tire and they had it at the shop the next day ready to put them on my truck. Will definitely be recommending them to other people and will definitely be back with any other tire and rim purchases I have in the future.

I cannot thank rnr tire enough. I blew a tire while driving on the interstate and asked to be towed to a tire shop near were I live. It was a complete shot in the dark but i got lucky that I chose to be towed to rnr. We called rnr to make sure it was okay if I left my truck in their parkinglot and Jose not only said it was okay but he waited an hour after close for me to get there. He welcomed us in, explained how we can fix it, taught me how to tell when my tires were made and even made sure we got home safely. Even though he stayed 2 HOURS past close, he didn't make us feel rushed AT ALL. I went back the next day and they inspected my rim and threw on a brand new set of tires. The tires were on the more expensive side but in this situation, you get what you pay for. I got extremely good quality, straight from the factory tires in under 24 hours. They are quick, honest, and are all really down to earth people in RNR. Theyre not going to lie to you, theyre going to tell you exactly what you need, how they are going to do it and make you laugh the whole time. The customer service, reliabilty, quality and speed of RNR tire is UNMATCHED. I have never been treated so well by ANY other business, not only in Lincoln but in Nebraska. Had the BEST experience! I called & they got me in RIGHT away. Very professional & Best customer service. They assisted me with my issues, was patience & kindness. Jose not only told me what was wrong with my tires but took the time out to show me how to recognize good tires from bad. They even had payment options if needed. I walked in & received the assistance I would want anywhere all the time without feeling like I'm getting messed over & felt the genuine assistance. Would absolutely continue to come back & with comfort knowing I am getting the best service!

I cannot say enough positive words about John, Logan, and the rest of the crew here at RNR Tire Express Lincoln. I’m traveling home to Wisconsin after spending a week in Colorado with four little dogs and I wake up to the picture below Saturday morning. After trying a couple other places who, knowing my situation, said they could help but it may take several hours to all day, I called RNR and spoke with John. He was patient, super friendly, and very helpful. Once at the shop, Logan was also very kind and welcomed myself and the four dogs to wait in the shop while RNR quickly fixed my car (under 45 minutes from phone call to new tire installed). While waiting in the shop, I witnessed Logan helping several different customers and he was always very kind, very patient, and as accommodating as he could be. I cannot express how grateful I am for John, Logan, and RNR Tire Express Lincoln, thank you! P.S. I made it home without any other issues!

One of the absolute best tire shops I've been to. The employees are personable, friendly, and down-to-earth. Other places I've been to are cold and aloof, but not RNR. Had a 2-3 inch long industrial-looking bolt jammed into my tire, needed it fixed asap. Called them up, they were close by and open till 5 on a Saturday, thank goodness. I brought it in and they got my info and took it in to look at it, no waiting to get service! Luckily they were able to repair it and not have to replace the whole thing. The waiting area is quite comfortable and the repair didn't take very long at all. Best part is they didn't charge for the patch, which is very generous! When my tires are up for replacement later this year (going on 5 years), I know where I'll go to be treated fairly and kindly!
