Employees and managers are very respectful and communicate well with customers..They get you the best quote on tires that satisfied you keeping customers happy at all times. I recommend doing business again...

Mitch, Devon, Trimm, Elise and Jose were asome. They all had great professionalism. And seemed to care about me and my vehicle. 100% will return. If you need new tires or tire repair go in They aer great and knowledgeable.

This is the worst place I have ever delt with. They have on multiple occasions taken a payment without concent after I have spoken to the boss Jose. They messed up putting my tires on by using both aluminum and steel wheel weights on the outside of the rims then tried o play it off then I showed them they fixed it but every time it comes time for a payment they mess something up on it. I am so irritated that I have to keep going in there to get something fixed. Don't mess with this company. They don't know what they are doing! I am a machanic and I don't like shady business! Absolutely the worst place

Holy Service! I’m embarrassed to say this was my last stop after multiple shops couldn’t fit me in. They not only fit me in but did it quick and efficient for a very low price 😉 Service is hard to find these days but these guys have it figured out. I was travelling across country and had a tire pressure warning light. They got me into a bay in 20 min and had assessed a previous puncture patch would not hold. I have all wheel drive and needed 4 new tires. They did not sell my brand of tire, but acquired matches in under an hour. Then, the sales manager, Logan Anderson, said he would sell my three other tires to lessen the blow of the necessary new ones and venmo me the sale. I only lost a few hours of time to my next destination, but they saved my bacon from a blowout or worse. Thank you, Logan et al!

I got rims and tires through rnr on my 4runner a while back. Then i got t boned in an intersection and my vehicle was rated a total loss. All rnr wanted were their rims and tires back. I could not find my vehicle to get them nor with the damage, would they come off. I was at work when i had my stepdad try to call and explain what was going on at this point. Because i was at work. They tried to say my payment record was awful (i could only pay biweekly with my new job). No matter how many times i tried to call and rearrange a payment, nothing was fixed. Next thing i know the continuously are charging me. Checked my bank account tonight and they took over 600$ out of my account and now i cannot register my new vehicle. I will never return to this company and i will forever say they are a terrible company. Shame on you RNR.

Will charge your card without authorization or permission and then send you to voicemail when you try to resolve it. My account is in the negative and wracking up fees all because you illegally used my card. Don't go to these scam artists. They'll do whatever to get their money. Even if it means stealing Edit: I can't believe it, but they ignore you when you reach out to their support email too. Definitely an attempt to scam and get away with it.

So kind and friendly. Took me in after 5 on Friday and gladly helped with a nail in tire. The place up the street I have a paid membership at did not care at all and turned me away. This team was amazing!

So far, so good. We got tires then the next month we got a nail. They replaced it 2 days later. Not the fastest tire place but they'll get it done. Thank you!
