FOOD --- AWESOME!! Tasted yummy and portions were great - fed a group of 20 with leftovers. Nice amount of food. 💜 Met the chef, let him know that we loved the food! It truly makes the experience best when you can see staff is happy and knowledgeable! Whole experience was great! Would DEFINITELY cater through them again!

I looove Qdoba! It was the only restaurant food I could eat while I was pregnant without getting queasy. So good and fresh every time. The chips are always fresh and I love dipping them in the cheese sauce! Yummy!!

I ordered from this location last night and accidentally sent my order twice. I called right away and spoke to Charles, he was so helpful and funny! When I went to pick up my order, he personally came up to me and showed me that he had adjusted my order so that I wasn’t going to be charged twice. I’m not a fan of going downtown but will most definitely be ordering from here again because of his amazing customer service!

I'm lost for words with the racist managers there! Alyse (white) and the Hispanic woman..they are very welcoming to the white customers and very condescending towards black customers! They literally lied to me about an order selection, when it's clearly states your options on the menu? I asked Alyse when did this change occur, and she was unable to tell me such, so she attempted to have her manager ( Hispanic) woman tell me the same lie? I made them aware that they needed to modify the menu selection to make it clear, and they acted as if I was a nuisance? I will NEVER EVER visit any other Qdoba! I will be notifying the restaurant manager, Mitchell Martin, to see if this is acceptable, or just business as usual! I can't wait to submit my survey as well! . I wish I didn't have to give them 1 🌟...FACTS

ordered this through a delivery service with everything on it only to come with just rice beans and cheese. called them to tell them they got my order wrong and blamed it on delivery service but the delivery service didn't make my food. on the phone the manager could care less. will never go back on the grounds of horrible customer service and a lack of caring to fix the situation their name is attached to. Spend your money on a business that's going to care, even in the slightest bit, and you'll have a better experience.

The bald headed skinny manager was such a nice guy, other employees were cool too. Food was great, and so was the cleanliness of the store. Overall good experience. Great location. Signed a guy and his dog;)

Was near closing time, I asked if they put everything away already and the young guy was so nice and said no but I knew he was lying. I hate doing that to employees so close to closing but I was desperate and they pulled through for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Their service gave me some hope for this new generation.

sort of reminded me of a Chipotle that sucks. The employee was barely paying attention, added ingredients i specifically asked not to have, and then rang up the items separately so it cost more. My drink straw may be saving the planet, but it failed at being a straw in under a minute. Food itself was okayish. except my rice which was under cooked. But at least they have a rewards program! GENIUS
