QDOBA Mexican Eats

have been to several burrito places like this including Pacheros, Chipotle, and Amigos (which now has big burrito fare). None of them are as high of quality as Qdoba. Not only that, but the staff at this particular Qdoba are wonderful. Very friendly and not a lot of turnover on this crew which tells you something about this company and particular location. I've had every kind of burrito on the menu and never been disappointed. Everything tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. If you have never tried Qdoba, I highly recommend. And don't forget the chips and queso !

Downtown Lincoln location is nice if you're in the area, otherwise parking can be a little bit of a nuisance. Great service and they are very conscious about getting the mobile carry out orders done on time. So if you're ordering in during rush, be aware that you might have to wait a bit for the mobile orders to get squeezed in here and there.

I love the fact that if you cater for an event then return the tray you get a free meal. The staff here was very courteous and fast. Qdoba is a great bang for the buck with free guacamole and large portions for fair prices. It is honestly one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to go to for a quick bite.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I have a raw onion allergy. The individual serving me helped me avoid items with raw onion. Sadly, for me, onions are in a lot of items. But, I was able to assemble a burrito that was tasty and filling. It's not a place I'll frequent, due to their love of onions, but I won't about either. The rest of my family loves onions and had no issues making selections. Portion sizes are on the larger size, so you get your money's worth. If you are a light eater, you may want to split a dish.

I can't inside from a beautiful sunny day to see the employees behind the counter smiling, welcoming my friends and I from across the establishment. They were helpful, engaging and full of wonderful attitude. We stayed for almost an hour eating and that same great service we experienced did not fade. While we were leaving and they were still busy, the employees said goodbye from across the room in an engaging manner. Love the fresh food, the wonderful service and I can't wait to go back!

Update: As of so far, I have been helped by email. I'll return there again soon and give it another go. Usually everything is great there. Thank you. Normally this place is good. Today however is a different experience. We ordered the bowl. The rice was dry, they scooped so little into it. Barley any pork, like a pinch. Beans, don't get me started. I was so bored with my meal that I literally counted 25 pintos. Asked for queso sauce, it covered barely a quarter of the bowl. It was like I just got one squirt from a lotion bottle. The staff was quiet, kinda rude. They ignored customer request to add more into the bowl. They were more focused on their online orders rather than the people in line waiting to be greeted. Better luck next time I guess. Today was the worst experience I've exer had there, but will give another chance... Maybe.

I used to come here a lot during break as I work close, but hadn't been here in a while, so today I decided to check it out again. The one guy that has been there a while, that works evenings is always friendly and knowledgeable(might be the manager) but somebody else did my order today, and the experience wasn't the best. The employees came off a little rude. I barely got any kind of communication out of the first girl. It was probably unintentional, as they seemed more hostile towards one another than anything. Also, they added tomatoes to my quesadilla, which isn't a huge issue for me, but it would be for someone that has an allergic reaction. The positives is that they were fast, and the food was edible at least, even with the tomatoes.

Stopped in today and had the best experience! Staff was so friendly and had me smiling the entire visit. The current manager was amazing! He suggested I try the new chicken with his favorite cilantro lime sauce and it was absolutely delicious! Food was fresh and I was very impressed. Would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again for the great experience!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. For a "Mexican Grill", the food is lacking in the spice department. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants.

Very good place for nachos and burritos! There is a large seating area in the main floor and more seating on third floor with roll up windows. Great views of O street for people watching!
