Louie demonstrated extensive knowledge of bed bugs and rodents and explained his methods and pricing when compared to other top competitors. Louie was extremely flexible with scheduling as my roommates and I all work and go to school. After the initial cleaning we found that no one had any more bites and the follow ups took care of any potential egg hatch lings, but also gave us peace of mind. I then was told by Louie that if the problem were to ever occur again after the 30 day guarantee, he would go through the entire process again from start to finish at half the price, which is about a fourth of what competitors are charging. If Pal Pest is in your area and you need to get rid of a bed bug or rodent problem I strongly suggest you save time, money, and hassle and go with them.

You can tell Louie truly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to get their satisfaction. Awesome prices with discounted follow up services. I had him come to spray for some roaches and they were gone after the first spray. He did not try to push a second servicing, only if I thought I needed it. I elected to get a second spray, he came out and didn't charge me because he thought I probably didn't need it. Also gave my house a full inspection warning me about potential rodent entry points and how to fix them myself. Really classy guy. Honest, wholesome family run business.

We had a fairly large bat infestation around our home that needed to be resolved. Louie was very thorough with both explaining the work that needed to be done and the work that was completed. Very happy with the service.

Best experience! Louie is wonderful. After my initial phone call, he stopped by my house to check it out after I’d found a dead cockroach in the basement. Instead of charging me, he suggested I buy traps since it was seemingly only a single case. That night my husband found two more and I immediately called Louie; he came within a few days (unfortunately for me it landed over a holiday weekend, otherwise I’m sure he would have made time immediately). His prices are unbeatable and he is immensely thorough and informational. I’ll never use another service!

I contacted Louie later in the evening and didn't expect a call back until the next day. He called me back within 30 minutes! I had him over to spray for spiders and ants and within a few weeks they were no longer present. I have been using him every few month for the past few years with no issues. Louie is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and does the right thing. I would actually trust him to work on my house without my presence.

Louie is a great guy, and provides excellent service for the best price. Every time he comes out for my quarterly spray we end up just talking for almost an hour as he goes through the house. After the first spray, I've never seen a single bug or rodent in the house. He does the job right, and even gives reccomendations on how you can best prevent any issues from arising. If anything should happen however, I can just give him a call, and he'll come out and take care of it as soon as possible, no problem since its covered under my plan. I always reccomend choosing a small business for household tasks, and Louie at Pal Pest is a perfect example as to why. Great guy who gets to know you, he does the job right, and his prices are the lowest.

Louie is the absolute best there is. He is clearly passionate about pest control because it is something he is an expert at, and because he cares deeply about keeping families safe. He is so easy to work with. He comes by for the littlest and biggest issues, and everything in between. He understands that each house is different, and customizes his approach to every job. He has never once put any pressure on us to do anything or pay for extras (I love the one-price model), and is always there when we need him. He has a friendly style with the care of a craftsman who strives for high quality and excellence in his work. This, combined with top-notch customer service seems to have become a rarity these days, but these qualities are alive and well in Louie. We plan to be his loyal customers for many years to come.
