Highly recommend Louie at Pal Pest. He is friendly and responds quickly. HE is the one who comes out to complete the service and let's you know when he is coming and is prompt which is not usually the case with some service providers. He listens to concerns and answers questions thoroughly. He informs you what is going to be done and explains how and why. He does not try to upsell you unnecessary products or services and offers many preventative/ maintenance plans at reasonable rates with guarantees and even one time services. He will refer reputable people to complete jobs that are outside of his scope.

I called them a couple weeks ago to come out about a bat on the exterior of our building. The gentleman was out within an hour and took care of the little bat quickly. He was so polite and professional and I was so happy he came! I had called Bats to Rats the day before and the guy I spoke with from there had said he’d come out and never did, so when the gentleman from Pal Pest came, I was very pleased. We will definitely keep them in mind for any other pest needs as well! I definitely recommend them!!

Louie was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know on the first phone call, gave us a price right away and stuck to it, and set up a time that was much sooner than expected. The price was reasonable, too (which was a relief). It was nice that he was available through call or text, so when you're busy, you're not trying to make time for phone calls. He followed up with us every time and gave us clear instructions on things we could do to ensure the best results. He went out of his way to work with us and solve our bed bug problem, and he kept working until the job was done. He's very thorough and takes his time to do the job right. He isn't one of those guys just trying to get in and get out. He truly wants to make sure everything is done right and your problem is solved. He even gave us advice on other pest problems we were having. Overall a very friendly, hardworking, trustworthy guy. Pleased to say he did a great job.

I needed pest control as soon as possible and even though he had no openings in his schedule this week, he understood my circumstances and was able to accommodate me the very next day before 8 a.m. and complete my request for pest service. We hired Pal Pest Management to "bat proof" our home after recently having a bat in the house. In meeting with Louie, you soon become aware that providing quality work is of the utmost importance to him. In addition, he provided a 2-year guarantee of his work . He is very personable and very responsive. His schedule this year with bats has been a little crazy, so it didn't always work for him to come when he said he was going to be here, but he always responded to my texts inquiring about the schedule and completed the work well within the timeframe we were requesting. I think it would be difficult find a person that is more caring about the environment and living creatures than Louie! I would highly recommend using Pal Pest Management.

Louis is awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and we appreciate that he is proactive as opposed to reactive when it comes to pest control. Louie was very prompt and courteous. Inspected my house and didn't find any problems but gave me information about sealing potential entry points and how to fix them. Also told me what to look for as far as signs of an infestation. Louie is so helpful and easy to work with. He is definitely the one to call if you have any pest problems!
