Tony and Greg did a great job. They were professional and very courteous. Barely knew they were there. They showed up on time and finished when they said. We had 18 windows replaced and the new ones look great. Tony even went out of his way to clean out the gutter he noticed was clogged up while he was installing one of the windows. All in all we are very happy with this company. Before they left they cleaned up everything and demonstrated the operation of the windows and best way to clean them. Thank you for a job well done.

I was so impressed with Tony and Fernando from North Country and there attention to detail! It's easy to see they take pride in there work, very efficient and cleaned everything up when done. When I do more windows North Country and Bath with Tony and Fernando will be the only call I will make! So Happy with them!

Showed up on time to give us a demonstration of there windows. Gave us a bid on the job was higher then expected however after doing my own research seen the quality of the windows so went on and order the windows very pleased with the whole process answered all of my crazy questions I had in the end very good product. Can't say enough good things about north country windows and our new patio door is amazing

I was surprised when my windows showed up 6 weeks after we ordered them when I was expecting 8 to 15 weeks so that was awesome. Our installer Clark was phenomenal! Very professional explained things very well and did an outstanding job!

Great experience from start to finish! From the initial visit, to the measuring, Tina in financing working miracles, to the installation. The installation crew was far above and beyond our expectations. They were able to completely preserve our original 1917 woodwork in the house. The windows were installed on a very cold January day, Marco and Perfecto were very efficient, I think the house only dropped a few degrees while windows were out because they made sure to get the new one back in within minutes. They were so considerate, making sure the temp had not dropped too much for my elderly mother as the windows were installed. Would recommend this company to everyone and i am confident that my windows will last as long as I'm in my house.

We had 7 windows replaced on our house and couldn’t be more happy. The quality of the windows is great and Everyone from the office to the installers were fantastic to work with! They answered all questions we had and made sure we understood the entire process. One of the windows had a small crack in it during install and by the time I called, they already had the order in for a new one! We will be going with North Country when we replace our other 7 windows, 3 patio doors, and front door!

I am very disappointed in my service given by this company. I had my windows installed last year, early spring, and at that time things were not done correct. I have window locks that don't match up windows not secure in the window frame that had to be addressed by a service or sales person. The window fell out of the frame and nearly hit my five yr old. I have several windows that are not caulked on the inside and look really terrible for as high quality as they are. I had to call in April (nearly a yr after my original install) to get a person to come and check all these issues to see if they are supposed to be left this way or made to look properly installed. At that time Joe took my screen and several photos and made several notes on what needed to be done. Month after month I have had to call back to find out when I can expect someone to return with my screen and to fix the problems that were left. According to the man I talked to, Terry, Joe didn't even make notes in the system to verify whether the order had been made. I had to wait another day to get a call back from either of the two men I have been dealing with. Now it is July 28th 2022 and I still have not had anyone reach out to me on my order and service to be complete. I talked to Joe finally today and he was very unhelpful and unsympathetic to the fact it has taken so long to get an update. I am now told it will take nearly another month before I can get a service person out to fix what's left and to get the items received by the manufacturer that have been on order for 4-15 months. This is completely unacceptable. If you want Windows I would certainly find another company to work with. I would replace my windows with a cheap company vs a company that claims to be the best and delivers on the lower end of the scale. Price is high customer service is the worst.

Tony, Fernando, and Tina were amazing to work with! Between figuring out pricing and ordering to install everyone was very professional and friendly to work with. They answered all questions and we are so happy with our windows. One came damaged and they were quick to go ahead and reorder it to be made and reinstalled when it comes in. I love all the customization and options you can get with these windows. Well worth the price! Thank you so much for all the great work with our order, it’s truly appreciated!
