STOP CALLING ME. MY HOUSE IS BRAND NEW. I'VE TOLD THE LAST 3 CALLERS TO TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST. YES, I'M YELLING. Edit - I am on the do not call list, you could have taken me off any of the times I told you too, and you can find my number yourselves since you have no problem calling me with aggressive sales tactics every week.

I consistently receive calls from this business despite never providing them with my information. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their call list to no avail. Most recently, they called and I asked that they take me off their list and never contact me again. The employee on the phone got incredibly rude, snarky, yelled at me, and then hung up on me. Honestly, if this is how they present their company I can’t imagine how they treat their customers.

Excellent people to work with! Dan in sales made it an easy choice to choose North Country. Tina made the financing part of the process easy. The installation team was very professional, attentive to detail, and cordial despite the heat outside. I'm very happy! Thank you!

I had 24 windows in one house, all custom! service was amazing. So who did I call when I needed new windows in our new (to us) home? North Country Windows, of course. We love the quality and the service. No fuss and they always delivery a high quality product. We have purchased 3 custom doors and so many custom windows over the years. I don't hope to move again, but if we do, North Country will be on our list.

We used North Country Windows to replace most of our windows in 2000. Due to a remodel, we needed to replace a patio door with 2 side panels we no longer needed with windows instead. We were so happy with the windows they replaced in 2000, we called them for a quote. They were prompt in sending someone to consult with us. We discussed our needs, they quoted on the spot and arranged everything. They delivered exactly when they said they would. The installers were friendly and professional and did quality work. We will be needing to replace 2 more patio doors and a front door. When we do, we will call North Country.

Expert installation of a large bow window. Good value for the money. Other window replacement companies couldn’t or wouldn’t replace our window with one that looked exactly like the old one. We love this window.

The windows are beautiful and the workers did an excellent job! Tony and Fernando were very accommodating- working around my daycare- kids sleeping etc. Our house had some unexpected problems which were frustrating to all but they handled it very professionally and we are very pleased!
