These guys are the best. I can't speak enough about how much I trust this place. I thought I had a dead battery that needed replaced in a Prius (not that easy to do yourself) so I brought it here. They found a different issue, the negative cable broke because the previous person to install a battery didn't put the mount in and the battery shifted, causing the cable to break. So they let me know I could return the battery, AND, ow the cost was going to be way less. They could have told me I still needed the battery, and charged me to put it in, but they didn't. That right there is what made me respect these guys. Ho esty, integrity and hard work. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!

I just picked up my old 1999 Dodge ram 1500 quad cab, 5 speed 4x4, this afternoon. She had been dead in my yard for over three years. After the new one got totaled in a horribly weird accident, I decided to get her back on the road. Sean kept me informed every step of the way, and I was well aware of what I was spending, and what it was for, the entire time. I am so very pleased with the repairs! Thank you all so very much!

On 6/14/21 I had Sean install a Rough Country lift kit on our 2011 Toyota Tacoma. It was communicated to me that this shop had experience installing lift kits. After the kit was installed, everything was fine until my son noticed that when he went over certain bumps and at certain angle there was clunking noise coming from the suspension. I've installed lift kits on my trucks over the years when I used to have access to a lift, so I got underneath in my garage and took a look. I didn't notice anything glaringly wrong so I told him to just keep driving it and let me know if it happens again or gets worse. Fast forward another couple of months and he went over the same spot again and heard the clunking. I got underneath again, but outside in the daylight where I could see better. Lo and behold there it was. The lower strut mount bolts only had the nuts just "started" on the bolt ends. Someone at the shop had started the nuts on the bolts but never went back and tightened them! I got out my tools and torqued them to Toyota specifications. Those front struts had been slopping around loose over the right bumps this whole time. What if one of the loose nuts had come off and one of those bolts had vibrated itself out? Dangerous and unprofessional. I can't really believe it actually as Sean seems like a knowledgeable guy. Not happy to say the least that my son has been driving around like that for months. It looks as if Sean provides great service to a lot of people, but in this case Lincoln Auto Repair really fell down. Maybe the guy who actually did the work needs to be retrained in ASE certification? I will be going through all of the suspension and double checking everything now which I shouldn't have to do.

Pros: Got 2 front wheel bearings fixed. Cons: I was charged twice as much for the job and told I needed my oil changed, which I had just changed.Paid just under $1k for a job that should have been around $400. Ouch! My car smelled like smoke. I was urged to do another job they estimated at $1500. Since I did my homework, I passed and waited to get back home. Engine light came on the next day as well as other service lights in car. Something was loose and fell out of the engine. It cost $300 to fix both front end tire sensors after they worked on wheel bearings. Not happy.

Great customer service, super honest and very fair on price. They don't try to sell you any repairs you don't need and they are super fast. They even messaged me after a repair to make sure my vehicle and I were happy with the repairs. This will be the shop I take my vehicles to from now on.

Took my car in here yesterday to get checked out. They didn’t end up finding anything and were honest about that! I appreciate the honesty and will be going back in the future with any car problems. It is nice to not have a place try to overcharge you or take advantage of not being super car savvy! Thank you!

2 visits in the past few months (different vehicles). Excellent communication of expectations in the diagnosis, cost, and time-line. Repairs were for air conditioning, belts/tensioner, and power steering. All were diagnosed correctly and the repairs fixed the problems. Excellent experiences!

Had my wife's van towed there after it died on a nearby road. Despite the short notice, Sean/Shawn and team quickly diagnosed the issue. While they had it in hand, we requested a timing belt, water pump, seals kit install, and they informed us an engine mount needed replaced as well. All work was completed quickly and we haven't had an issue for over a week. Highly recommended.

I needed some pretty serious work done on my vehicle. The shop was good about communicating time frames, recommendations, and prices. It seems like my issue was appropriately resolved.

First of all I'm a new customer brought 2 vehicles here and they've always been fixed right and sean always gives me a straight forward answer, especially since I'm very busy with kids and other things he reminds me of things that need to be done. They always get me in and out quick with a very accurate estimate also. I would like to thank Sean and the other auto techs for fixing my silverado but noticed a very big problem that came from a very reputable business here in town not doing. I had body bolts missing all along the truck holding the cab to the frame and he let me know they were missing as if I had gotten into a wreck I'd be very hurt and so would others in the vehicle. ONLY shop I will ever take my vehicles to.
