On very short notice we had to bring a car in to be inspected so we could make an informed purchase decision. Sean was very professional and courteous in setting up the appointment and following through on the inspection. He and his staff were very thorough in the inspection and gave us a detailed analysis of what work needed to be done on the vehicle. Thanks to Sean and his team, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend Lincoln Auto Repair.

I brought my car over here several times and Mark looked at it for me. He was very helpful. He showed that he had my best interest and that he was not just trying to make a quick buck. When I finally brought my car over for a tranny leak he got it fixed. Well his entire team I should say got it fixed. In approximately eight hours afterwards. The price was reasonable and I'd say altogether great customer service. I would recommend anyone to come here and get the car checked and worked on.

2022- UPDATE. Name change of business, same great service. Mark and Co got my breaks done with my parts. I had started the job but once underneath saw that some of the bolts were not in good shape from the last time they had been done pre-my purchase of the vehicle last year. I put the wheels back on and let them work with it because they would be better with it than I would, and faster. They were in regular communication and even though it was prior to a holiday weekend they managed to get it on the schedule and done and back to me prior to the graduation of my daughter. Great work, speedy, great communication, and it was the most affordable estimate I had gotten in town, even after I had to buy rotors to go with the pads I had already purchased on my own. 2012- Ive had tune ups, brakes, and other things done on various vehicles in the 6 years ive lived in College View performed at Gross Auto. Ive always been able to get a prompt appointment (within a week, which, for a busy shop, is pretty good) and ive never felt like the price was out of line. I've had brakes done at other shops (Tuffy's) and they always seem to find some major thing or a reason to buy an entire new part. Gross always calls me first, and at times has worked out alternatives that get me back driving for work until I can afford a more major repair.

I was extremely impressed with the short time it took them to repair my vehicle. Shawn was great at explaining my issues and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this auto shop.

First off I will say I generally do car repairs on my own. If I take it to a shop I always go to non-chain shops. First time I took it to Lincoln Auto Repair. I gave them a specific list of things to DIAGNOSE. They did just that and they did a heck of a job. Shaun called me several times keeping me updated on the progress. He gave me the prices for all of the fixes. I ended up giving them the go ahead on some fixes due to good prices. They seem to be very honest and genuine without trying to sell me too many extra things. Edit: Lincoln Auto Repair went above and beyond. A part did not come in from Ford on time and I needed my truck for the weekend. They did a intuitive temporary fix that made a big difference. Just the fact that they thought about doing that rather than waiting for the correct part means a lot about this shop. I have found my permanent automotive shop.

I took my truck in because of an intake manifold leak They also replaced both CV axles and rear brake disc rotors and rear brake pads. I had another problem with the way the truck was idling that I asked them to address and they never did address that issue which I wasn't very happy about. That was 6 months ago. Yesterday I took my truck to another mechanic shop because I wasn't that impressed with Lincoln Auto Repair to have my front brakes done and was informed that my back brakes that were supposedly done by Lincoln Auto Repair 6 months ago needed replaced and that one of my CV axles also replaced 6 months ago was shot. Will I ever go there again? NEVER. Will I recommend them to anyone? Not even my worst enemy!!

My car needed several services and I saved a lot of money by using Lincoln Auto Repair instead of the dealer. I felt like I got personalized treatment. Sean is very communicative and regularly reached out to discuss issues and timeframes. I also took my wife's car for an oil change and brake service, and received great service and work from Lincoln Auto Repair. They have also worked on my 1973 truck, which needed a lot of work and they did a great job of inspecting and resolving all issues. I highly recommend Lincoln Auto Repair.

In my first experience dealing with Shawn, I was incredibly happy with them. My car had a sudden issue on Wednesday night, I took it in at 1pm on Thursday and they managed to have it diagnosed Thursday night despite being quite busy (judging by the number of cars in the lot). They ordered the part they needed overnight and my car was done by 9am on Friday and I didn't have to miss any work. They were very friendly and very quick. I think I found my new mechanic.

So I’d like to start off by saying I’m new to the Lincoln area and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of help Sean and mark were able to give me with my Ford Escape. They are dependable and do great work for a great price and we’re very patient with answering any of my questions I had for them. No doubt in my mind I will be back to give them business ! I recommend anyone looking for a new shop to do the same !
