Great place for baby is yr old he loves it. Staff is pleasant when retrieving him to and from jeep. The reason for a nine is they are not very communicative about the day your fur baby was there. No report card on daily happenings. Not willing to comply with requests. Over all great care.

We boarded our deaf 2 yr old pup there while we were visiting family and were amazed at the price and friendliness of the staff! Our pup is a rescue and has some quirky needs and they accommodated us for each one. We would probably add in some grooming next time so he smells nice and fresh at pick-up but we were very satisfied!

Kenl Inn has been amazing to our sweet girl Eleanor Rigby! With baseball season being pushed back and tournaments almost every weekend, it’s nice to know we can take our dog to a place she loves! The staff are very friendly and attentive to our sweet girl’s needs. She loves doing the trail runs with the staff. Each time we take her in she’s excited to play with some of the regulars. But when we pick her up she’s excited to see us and ready for a nap from all the playing.

I drove over an hour to get some help with our German Shepherd puppy who is almost a year old. We did not get her out enough this past winter so she is not very social and taking her for walks is a nightmare. We really wanted a personal trainer to give us some help to get on the right track. Well Shannon worked with us for an hour and what a difference! Thank you Shannon, we will be back to see you soon. The collar you recommended is amazing. I have taken her for two long walks already with no problems at all. No more pulling, tugging and jumping up on me! I still can't believe it! It's like we came home with a different dog. I didn't expect that in just one hour session. The puppy play time is also great, and although we weren't ready to jump right in with the other dogs we did get some time to observe and get comfortable. We will slowly work into playing with others. It's great that they take the time to figure out what's best for my puppy. Kudos to the entire friendly staff here!

Great first experience bring my pup here. A lot of services to keep your companion occupied and reasonable pricing. No complaints from me. Keep up the good work.

My dog did not eat for 2 days. The staff failed to notify us. He had half a day of yard play on an empty stomach and had a seizure. This is an extremely healthy dog. The vet said lack of nourishment and overexertion caused him to go hypoglycemic. generally I think this is a great facility for your dogs but this last experience will keep me from taking my dogs there ever again. I was treated rudely by the manager. I couldn't get our dog in until Tuesday due to the vet being booked... The manager says to me"if you cared about your dog as much as you say you do, I would think you could get him in sooner.

My dog has severe separation anxiety so I decided to take her to daycare while I was gone to make her feel more at ease. Best decision ever! The staff is super friendly and it is a quick and painless drop off as they recognize my car and know exactly what activity she does. I can tell my dog loves it there and she is worn out by the time I pick her up which helps me after a long day of work. Definitely recommend them to any pet parent!

I'm really glad I found Kenl Inn. I've never left my dog for very long but I felt very comfortable that he would be taken well care of. He did great. He had a report card for his activity time and he had fun running around. I will definitely use them again and also recommend it to everyone.

They love our dogs almost as much as we do.

First time leaving my beagle here. It seemed amazingly spacious, good choices for activities,very clean,friendly staff. I felt comfortable leaving him in their care for a week! I think he really enjoyed the hikes! Will definitely continue to board there.
