KENL INN INC

I have a 13 year old Min Pin who has diabetes and she recently stayed at Kenl Inn while we were vacationing. She was treated very well, and they were very helpful when she experienced some anxiety. I would highly recommend them to any dog lover.

I take my two dogs here anytime I go out of town. It's the only place in the area that will board my APBT and Staffy/Viszla mix kiddos and allow them to play with other dogs. I love the ability to add on play time and activities a la carte based on my budget and length of stay. The pups are always excited when we pull into the parking lot, and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Our dogs have a great time here. From grooming, doggy daycare, to overnight stays, we have had great experiences. They have flexible hours and professional staff who truly seem to care about the animals.

The facility was very clean. The staff was caring, welcoming, and professional...they took very good care of our dogs when we had to unexpectedly travel for a few days. They checked in with us to let us know our dogs were doing great, and even sent pictures of their pool party!! The salon was even able to get 1 of our dogs nails done, which is the 1st place she has allowed anyone to do this...very impressive. We will always use Kenl Inn for all our boarding/grooming needs.

My dog absolutely loves coming here and is good and tired after a day of doggy daycare. I have also used their grooming services and was very happy with the results. Kenl Inn is a far drive from my house on the opposite end of town, but I'll make the drive because my dog is so well taken care of there and loves his Kenl Inn visits!

Kenl Inn has been a huge part of my dog's life. They've provided daycare, grooming, and training since he was around 10 weeks old and continue to do so to this day. Dian and the weekly classes provide excellent direction and goals for me and the dog to work to meet. As a side note, the classes work out to roughly 10$/week if you join their membership which I think is amazingly cheap too. I've been happy with the job the groomers do, and they provide a discount on this too if you go every 4 weeks, which I've learned for my poodle mix might even be a little long. I appreciate that if you leave your dog in daycare on the same day they are to be groomed that they do the groom towards the end of the day so when it's time for pickup out comes a super fluffy dog. One final anecdote that I appreciated was that when I first started leaving my puppy in daycare I did not provide any toys as I didn't know any better. The worker politely let me know that my dog was bored and would chew on his bowl and suggested bringing in toys. I was aghast and felt like a bad pet owner, but I am extremely glad she told me. All in all, I highly recommend Kenl Inn.

Kenl Inn is a fantastic dog boarding business. We’ve taken our basset Sammie there multiple times and never had a problem. Employees are always courteous and efficient at check in and check out. The facility appears very clean, and the rooms for each dog look homey. I like that they give us “report cards” so to speak so we know what he did each day. I don’t worry about him when we leave him there, so I have peace of mind on vacation. It seems like they genuinely care. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
