Service was fine, but the wait was rather long. The service person was very understanding and friendly. As a customer that lives approximately 65 miles away, time is a factor. I understand, however, that there are times when things cannot be avoided.

Very respectful and helpful staff, never felt like I was being judged or talked down to. They did their best to find the best deal and financing for me, explained things very clearly, and overall made me feel very welcome throughout the experience. Our sales guy, Drew, was amazing in showing me around the car and explaining the different features, very fun to talk to and very personable! Would def recommend

I put a down deposit on my car, was called as soon as the car was available for pickup, completed all the required paperwork quickly, and drove my car off the lot within 2 hours of arriving. All the employees were kind and helpful

They quickly got me in for my oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacements, and key replacement. I only had to wait a little while for them to finish the work, the price was reasonable, and everything is working fine.

Billy and Kerk were very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the payment I wanted. I had to wait a bit because of very few cars on the lot, but they kept me updated on where the car was and when I could expect it to arrive in Lincoln. The car is here and I absolutely love it. Billy spent time with me teaching me about all the new and different features and how to use them. I always buy my cars at Husker Auto and don't plan to ever buy anywhere else. Our local dealer in Minnesota was of no help to us when we were in the market for a newer vehicle for our family so we looked online and found exactly what we wanted at Husker in Lincoln, NE. Drew was a huge help as was Seth. They made the process of purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person comfortable. They were patient with us and helped us do the paperwork virtually, get a price our family could manage and helped get our car on a transporter to be shipped to Minnesota. We would highly recommend.

I live in Colorado and have been searching for a while for the car I wanted. I found the perfect Buick Enclave, low miles, one owner at Husker. I knew what I wanted and just needed to seal the deal once I located THE ONE! I called the morning they listed it and was whisked off to Aaron! He had me all set up and ready to purchase my car within minutes over the phone. I’m kind of picky, I can be a total hag when I want something but Aaron took such great care with me that I never had a chance to get frustrated with the deal. I was paying cash for it and I know that this is not the most preferred way that dealerships like to sell cars but it was never mentioned. They were honestly excited to help me get this car and made sure there were no hiccups in the deal. Once I got there a week later to pick up my car they were happy to let me drive it to the mechanic to check it out as I had a six hour drive ahead of me to get it home. I don’t think we spent thirty minutes taking care of the paperwork and even the finance guy was amazing when I declined to get the warranty he never tried to push the issue. I’m an older gal and have bought several vehicles from dealers but I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had! Thanks guys for helping me get everything I wanted! You rock!

The sales team I worked with, Scott and Larry, were extremely attentive and friendly! They took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and then worked with me to find a new Silverado that was a perfect fit! Highly recommended!
