Scott was such a good help in showing me exactly what was available and showed me around my new vehicle. I even reached out to him again after my purchase with a few questions and he was more than happy to answer them and even help me purchase steps for the new truck which I very much appreciated

BEWARE OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!!! Came in pre-approved with my bank but finance guy “Keith Brooks” was insanely persistent on running our credit to get us a loan with a completely different bank. Straight up lied to our faces and told us my bank Liberty First didn’t approve our loan after looking at the certified approval email I got. Also tried to guilt us into accepting all their extended warranties but wouldn’t tell us the price. Tried to get us on a 75 month loan with 9% interest because I assume he thought we were young and inexperienced and didn’t know any better. Lucky for us we refused and came back a few days later with a cashiers check from our bank. Drove the car home after doing all the financing directly with our bank. Only giving a two star rating because our salesman John did an excellent job and wasn’t pushy at all. Otherwise I’d give a zero.

It took them two weeks to get it fixed and they chipped the passenger side fender when they working on it. They did offer to pay to fix it. When I picking up the vehicle after it was repaired it was dirty in side and out. The inside door and steering wheel had dirt and grim all over it. The out side of the car had dirty finger and hand prints all over the hood and fender. I had to clean the driver door, kick panels and steering wheel off . Then had to wash the car and under the hood were they worked. Not impressed with the way the vehicle was given back to us. They have a car wash at the dealership. So I don't know why they did use it on our car.

Steve Kurtz and the staff here are truly amazing and a blessing to our community. They helped out this single mom of five more than they will ever know! He and his team were so willing to help and go over and beyond. Marty in the service department was so helpful and informative and knowledgeable! Love getting Zaktek and oil changes done here! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Friendly, helpful, courteous and kept us informed during every step of the process. Information was given clearly and there were no pushy sales offers. They helped us to get what we wanted and worked with us to make sure we were making an appropriate decision for our needs and our long term satisfaction.

Having to wait 3 hours to have tires put on is insane. Especially when I was one of the first appointments of the day. Also will have to go back due to one of the tires leaking, upon checking other tires psi they were at 35 psi the correct psi is 75 psi for this model and the mechanic should’ve known to check the door for the correct psi because 35 psi is basically flat for a 7400 lb 3/4 pickup. Complete lack of skill on their part!

I wish I could give more stars. The experience was amazing. We went to 3 other dealerships and because there was a football game going on. We could not get any help. When we walked into Husker Auto Ben Sheehey jumped up to help us. We worked with Ben and Nick Krueger. We really didn't know what we wanted but they were patient and fun to work with! Love the experience and our new BMW! We will be back for our next car!

Everything went well except, I bought a warranty for oil changes and they didn't cover the cost. I was within 600-800 of the miles before service which is NOT close enough for the warranty, I guess. My oil meter showed 52% oil life but the service tag was closer to 15%. Not sure which one I'm supposed to follow.

These guys were great, had a vehicle for us when others wanted us to wait and pay $5k over msrp. Scott was great working with us and got us out the door in a timely fashion. Highly recommend the drive to Lincoln.
