Handyman Connection of Lincoln

We replaced (5) windows in our home and had two workers come out to take down the blinds and put them back up when the new windows were installed. Very happy with the job they did...and they were really nice guys!

First time customer. Megan and Jake are great. Super fast to meet our needs. Very friendly. Fast work....and very understanding and flexible on a pricing misunderstanding! Need to save up my to do's and Handyman Connection will be at the top of our call list.

If I could give them a negative review I would. I asked for crown molding to be put up in my bathroom, easy right? Nope not for this company. Did a HORRIBLE job, didn't even put molding up on one wall and he got caulking where is shouldn't be. I emailed right away and got nothing but excuses and that it would be to hard to do. Well that's why I hired someone and was told it could be done. I wish I could post pictures then people could see the HORRIBLE job. HORRIBLE customer service from what I think is the owner. I asked for them to come finish and he refused.

I got my bathroom floor redone and a new toilet installed and John did a fantastic job! It looked like he took his time and really paid attention to detail. He also went above and beyond by snaking the bathroom sink drain which was not part of the bid. I will certainly be using Handyman Connection again!

I love how quick the response is from everyone. Jenny in the main office, communicates great and prompt, and Phillip, who came out to fix my floors, did a great job, was quick, and did a superb job. I highly recommend, and will use them again for other projects in the house!

They answered questions in a timely manner, I like that you are notified via text and email before a team member is to arrive to complete work, and the work that was done looks great! We will definitely use Handyman Connection in the future for project needs around our house.

We had several projects completed by Handyman Connection this past month, and had a great experience thanks to Phill, who did a fantastic job for us with a plumbing issue/leak. Also Jeff, who repaired several stones that had fallen off the exterior of our house. Truly some of the kindest people. You can tell they both really take pride in their work and know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

Called for a service. I had to repeat my information to the woman several times—she sounded sleepy or stoned—but she suggested a possible date and said someone would call. The day before the date, I called to see what was happening. I managed to get a date and time. But a few hours before the appointment, the handyman canceled because he had another appointment at that time. Disorganized and a waste of time.

Made an appt to get an estimate, the handyman didn't show up or call. So I rescheduled another appt and they stood me up a 2nd time no call from them. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience overall!
