The stylist that did my haircut chopped it off. She did nothing of what I asked. I hated it! I was so embarrassed to be in public. I called to speak to the owner. We met in person. I showed him what this stylist did to my hair. He agreed it was not done right. He asked me to come back in six months to have his top stylist do it. I had agreed but changed my mind. It's been over six months and it's taking a long time for my hair to grow back. I'm never going back. I don't want to risk getting it chopped off again. So disappointed and never will walk in that store again.

They do a good job mostly because each person who has cut my hair has left notes on what they did. Rarely have gotten the same stylist twice
