Great Clips

They did great on the style I chose always good service. One hairdresser could not do it but I enjoyed the one I had.

I brought my son in for his first haircut. He was scared for a few seconds then sat quietly for the entire haircut. The lady was very rude and unprofessional and clearly annoyed she had to do a child’s cut. I will stick with Cost Cutters at 70th and Pioneers. They are so nice!

The older lady with short blonde hair was unprofessional and grouchy. Kept telling my young daughter how difficult her hair was. She wouldn’t let me stand next to my daughter either. Neither of us will be coming back for sure. So brace yourself if you have her as your hairdresser. Otherwise online check-in was smooth, quick and efficient.

Posting for anyone planning a visit with small children. I brought my 4 year and 18 month olds in for haircuts this week. I was impressed with friendliness of the staff as we checked in and took my 4 year old back to her chair. When I followed I was told I could not stand near the chair during her cut. I completely understand needing parents out of the way and asked if I could sit in one of the 5 empty salon chairs so my 18 month old could watch before her turn and my 4 year old could see me. I was told I could see my daughter from the chairs in the front. Ok then…. Not wanting to ruin the experience for my excited 4 year old, we stayed. When another stylist came for my 18 month olds turn, however, I was told she had to be able to sit on the child booster by herself. This is my third child and the first time I’ve been told they couldn’t sit on my lap during their haircut. The staff said it was a safety policy. I personally can’t imagine how it’s safer for an 18 month old to sit in a child booster on top a salon chair with no seatbelt and barely any sides while the person closest to them holds scissors. They did say I could stand next to her in the chair to help — to which I pointed out I had just been explicitly told I could not. They suggested we try, she screamed instantly as I knew she would. I called their direct competitors from the waiting room to confirm my 18 month old could sit in my lap and we headed straight there after they finished with my 4 year old. (She sat perfectly still in my arms through the entire cut.). Save your time, energy and hassle and take your kiddos elsewhere. I completely understand kids are not who they want to spend their time on, but young children need haircuts sometimes too. If it’s your salons policy that kiddos can’t sit on laps, then please for the sanity of parents everywhere, if you see a kid come in younger than 2 or even 3, mention that when they’re checking in.

Super cool staff. Got Haircuts for both of our 3 year old boys and they did a great job. Would recommend for sure. Our 2nd time with the boys here .

If you like waiting 45 minutes even after you check in 30 minutes in advance, this is the place for you.

Horrible experience! My son's hair was very uneven! Had to buzz it! Will never use again and I highly recommend anyone reading this does not use their services either! For a low cost haircut, I would recommend SuperCuts!

On Saturday the 20th of August, 2022, I had the worst haircut of my 62 year life at this Great Clips. The hair butcher does not usually work at this location. She is ordinarily at the Jamie Lane location. I was in town for a funeral and needed a trim. The butcher used clippers on my dry hair. “It’s faster this way.” (I wasn’t in a hurry). “I haven’t done a short hair cut in a long time!” She said. As she chopped my hair she talked without stopping about how much she hates Lincoln. I happen to love Lincoln and was happy to be back in town. We live in a town 80 miles from our nearest Great Clips, where I usually get great haircuts. Every morning now my husband says, “we’ve got to get you a better haircut.” It’s really bad, especially as it’s growing a little. The hair butcher needs to have her license revoked. I’ve never written so negative a review, but I just looked in the mirror again. Great Clips managers need to know of the treachery carried out at this location last month.

Took my son to this location, he had a lot of hair on top of his head and only ask to have a 3rd to be taken off. The person who cut my son's hair took off three inches and was very bad. They are the worst location and seemly don't care about a person's hair or image. If you use Great Clips, do not use this location. They are terrible.

The online check in with time estimate wasn't close at all. My time ended, but the wait continued for about 15 more minutes. I have a non-traditional hair style. I was nervous my assigned person wasn't up for the task once I sat down and explained it. They did a good job and it didn't get "messed up". 3 stars as it is defined, it's okay to me.
