Asked for a trim with a slight a-line in the back, ended up chopping off over 3 inches in the back. After this point of no return, she went to do the front and said she couldn't do an a-line because there were a few slight layers. She should've informed me of this before cutting the back in the first place! On top of that, it's horribly uneven and choppy, it looks like a 6 year old cut it with kitchen scissors. I will never go back to this location (50th & O) 👎👎

I was able to see what the wait was via the app and I LOVE that feature of Great Clips. I was able to come right in and get my hair cut. The gal who cut it was friendly and helped me get my hair to where I wanted.

Excellent customer service, was done in 20 minutes. Hairdresser was very professional. And very thorough in her questions about what I wanted, and made some wonderful suggestions. With the communication my hair turned out exactly how I wanted.

Stopped in this morning for a haircut & Savannah did a great job and she was very friendly with a sense of humor. I would have to say out of all the times I have stopped at this location she was the best. Two Thumbs Up for Savannah. Hope to see you the next time I stop in.

my boyfriend and i enjoy coming here because they do exactly what we want. they're constantly checking to make sure you're liking everything okay. they are the only people i let touch my hair. they do a great job.

Stopped in the morning of 09-17-22. Got prompt service and Brooke did a great job. She listened to what I wanted, gave her suggestions when considering my hair type and style it already was in(trying to grow out some of the under cut) to make sure it turned out great.
