Great Clips

Hour, and thirty minute waits for a haircut. Facility is far too small. I waited and about 5 minutes after I sped off; I got their call. Never visiting another Great Clips location. Kind of hope these stores die if there is another Covid lockdown.

I like the Great Clips I go to on O street. I am an older lady and my little gal Hailey treats me so nice. She is kind and friendly . Not everyone treats older people that way.

Great cut! I us d to go to Cost Cutters, but the cuts had been disappointing. So I tried great clips and wasn't disappointed. The stylist was a great listener and made sure to explain things before she cut, and mad certain not to take too much off. She was very friendly. Only thing I wish was the cost being a bit lower to include a style. Regardless of cost I'll be going back. It's difficult to find a good stylist these days. Well done!

My son and I go here to get our haircut but the place has went downhill. They charge just to rinse your hair out now, and their constantly rushing your haircut no matter how busy they are. The lady with the long fingernails who’s been cutting hair for ages, she doesn’t take her time to listen to you, does a shoddy job and you’re on your way! I’ve even seen customers come back in ask her to fix something and she just basically said well deal with it! We will be switching places now, even when their cutting my sons hair and he’s 8, it’s just not customer friendly. It’s sit up. Head down. And my son enjoys getting to know people and it’s like everyone who works there is just burnt out.

So my husband and my best friend and I go to get hair cuts done to feel better in general about our appearance. We get started and they messed up a military cut with a high fade. The lady who did his didn't fade the cut at all and completely ignored him saying that he wanted the cut a specific way since he was already in the military. My haircut was not any better. I told the gal that I wanted an undercut and super short because I wanted it done before I got my extensions. She said that if I were to do extensions with a undercut it wouldn't blend well. So she completely ignored what I said as well. My best friends hair cut went okay as I made sure that this time I was super, super, super detailed on what I requested. Overall, I absolutely hated this experience and won't be going back at all.

Took my daughter in for a simple haircut. It is horribly uneven to the point I feel that she (a seven year old) could have done a better job.

The lady that cut my hair was awesome. Can you exactly what I wanted without me having to really describe it what I wanted very much. Got lots of compliments off of it. Think I might just come back because of her. Take care and be safe

I have been there for 4 times recently. The person who cut my hari is as low as possible. Simply do a half job. reluctant to pay attention to details. They do a rough, simple, quick way. I tell her to cut this side then she did it but no further. no sense of beauty, no sense of responsibility.....I tried to give good tips, but no use!! wast my money.

My sister went to this hair salon a week before her wedding asking for a trim and the hair dresser cut off 8 inches. Do not let the boy who works here touch your hair at all costs. He was shown a picture of how uneven the hair was and did not care. He claimed that he did not cut 8 inches off even with picture proof. He refused to refund after because his time was valuable, even though I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him because he was sitting in the back during is “valuable time.” I would love to talk to whoever runs this place.
