I found the staff to be knowledgeable reliable as well as getting back to me when they said they would return my phone call. Overall it was a great experience and they have earned my business

So I was traveling and my tire popped so I called about 8 different places before I found my size tire in stock. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very friendly and said they would see me there shortly. When I walked into the building this older gentleman said he had no idea what I was talking about and that I called the wrong number. So I called the number in front of him and he answered and I said, this is me I obviously have the right number. He said nothing and didn't apologize or anything. Thankfully someone who knew what they were doing found the tire I called about and got it on promptly! Would have given 5 stars if the older guy wouldn't have treated me rudely.

They did a great job! I am from out of town and needed to get my truck in and they were able to fit me in and fix my issue.

The guys at Graham Tire have always been very helpful. They are always straight forward about whats going on with our vehicles and fixed the problem in a timely matter. I highly recommend Graham Tire to anyone that needs tires or mechanic work done.

Graham Tire does and has done a fantastic job on our trailer/vehicle repairs over the last several years. They’re very timely, fair, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to any individual or company that needs their vehicles/trailers worked on!

I had an appointment at 1pm which started on time but it took close to 3 hours to complete the work. It appeared that my vehicle just filled the bay while the tech worked on other vehicles other than mine. Reason being the tech brought several tickets in during the time my vehicle was is the shop and placed them on the counter along with my ticket. Also got charged $50 to dismount, mount and balance 2 tires. Very over priced, I might need to look elsewhere in the future for another tire center.

They’re very good at making for car run for the time being. Just after I turned my car over to them for a few repairs I got the car back with the same problems that I turned it in for. I paid for them to fix the issue and they resolved it, now it’s still not running like they said it would. I’m giving 3 stars because they’re professional, but I’m taking 2 off for not doing the job I enlisted them to do.

My 2000 Ford Ranger was overheating. I snapped off the head of one of the bolts trying to check on the thermostat, so I took it to Graham. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a leak in my radiator. Dennis did a great job drilling and tapping the t-stat bolts, putting in a new thermostat and replacing the radiator. Alan kept me informed thru the whole process and even came over and picked me up when the truck was ready to go - it was ready to go in about a day and a half. Graham did a great job for a price that was very reasonable, in my opinion. I am very satisfied!

Great example of how a company should be run. Very professional. Did work on my tires and brakes and also fixed a tie rod end which I didn't realize they did that work. If you need anything fixed give them a call. They also do oil changes. Ill definitely be back!

We just moved to Lincoln a few months ago and needed to find an automotive place to get a oil change and tire rotation. I googled Graham tire and saw that they had great reviews so I took my vehicle there to get serviced. I can honestly say they are worth every star! They have fast, efficient, and quality service! I will be coming back again!
