Graham services our car and this was time for an oil change. They made an appointment and were very efficient in getting the work done. It was convenient to wait for the work to be performed this time even though I have used courtesy pickup in the past. I plan to visit again today with another car. I recommend them as a company that is trustworthy and capable.

They were able to get me in and out as a walk in for an oil change in a very quick amount of time, but neglected to clean any of the residual oil left on the oil pan, filter, and the massive amount that accumulated in my skid plate leaving a huge stain in my driveway. The maintence light wasnt reset and the code i asked them to clear wasnt. Quick service because the bare minimum was done

Friendly customer service, I didn't have an appointment but they accomplished the car alignment that we need, thank you guys.

Usually I go to the Graham Tire on 66th and O St but they were booked out like a week for an oil change and tire rotation, etc, so I was able to get in with this location and they were decently friendly, but got my car in and out in less than an hour which was nice with my busy schedule. They advised me my front brakes were 5-10% left and needed done soon so they quoted me and when I read the paper when I got in the car I about died, $550 for front brakes only 😪😱 that's pretty steep if you ask me, especially since the quote was claiming that was a "special", geezus. But otherwise my experience was fine. Cost me around $52 with tax for my oil change/tire rotation so overall that was a fair price I felt.

Always great communication and service. Second pair of tires I have bought from them in the last 2 years (separate vehicles). I had a hundred questions each time and they were very patient with me.

Alan always does a good job of taking care of all of my problems and is always fair. And the store always gets the car finished in a timely manner.
