Everyone at FLY is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The classes are really fun, the workouts themselves are fun, and the music/staff/classes/FLY motto really make you want to keep coming back. It’s the best fitness facility in Lincoln!!

I LOVE working out and teaching at Fly. The classes are calorie torching, heart rate elevating, muscle shaking FUN set to fantastic playlists. I love the friendly, body positive environment and shopping the fashionable retail. This studio makes me feel like I live in a much bigger cosmopolitan city. LOVE FLY!

I love Fly! The classes are amazing and the community is so welcoming and supportive! I love the cycling classes I’ve taken so far, and I always leave class so fulfilled and so excited for the next!!

I absolutely LOVE going to fly. I've struggled for years to stay motivated and always eventually quit. The classes and the community are unlike anything I've ever experienced, and keeps me coming back. Plus all the instructors are super knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly!

Fly is truly one of a kind. I love how Fly is so community based. Everyone is treated like they are part of the Fly Family. Clients are empowered while getting unique, amazing workouts at the same time. Moreover, the energy level at Fly is so motivating and addicting. I am honored to be a part of the Fly Family. I have been coming to Fly since 2016. It is one of my favorite places to get in a great workout, celebrate the best days and work through the not so good days! The NOLNK location is always full of energy, positivity and good vibes. My favorite class is a Tuesday night cycle and barrefusion double with Jenni!

I recommend this place at any time, but if you want to get into working out when you haven’t been - you will never find a more supportive group of people. It seems intimidating because many members are in good shape but you realize they didn’t all start that way and the reason it works is that they show up because it’s a fun place to be. Fly costs more than a traditional 24-hr fitness type of gym but here’s why you should invest if you can: 1) You don’t have to design your workouts or look for them online. I’ve done it - eventually you get bored and that’s when you skip workouts and then just stop. Fly is like semi personal training and it is not going to be a waste of your 30 minutes-1 hour - you will work hard. 2) You’ll actually use your membership. Accountability is there because you sign up for class on an app and class is on your calendar (and there’s a no-show fee since someone else could have used your spot). This system has conditioned me to schedule around my workouts, including bedtime - I just don’t skip. 3) There’s always someone in class working at a higher level and it helps me to push myself when I try to keep up - not that I always do, but it’s a goal. 4) Fly employees are genuinely welcoming and energetic. Everyone from the front desk to the instructors to the owner tries to know you by name and say hello and goodbye. 5) There are a variety of workout types depending on your schedule (cycle, yoga, HIIT, barre). Give it a couple of weeks. Do the free week and then a multi-pass for another 2 so you can get a feel. By the end of week 3, if You go 2-3 times a week I think you’ll be hooked.

Fly is seriously a game changer when it comes to fitness and community! I’ve never been the person that was excited to work out but joining fly has completely changed my entire mindset. Every person there makes you feel welcome and I get the best sweat in!
