We had EMO's crew take care of replacing water damaged carpet and padding. They were cost effective, professionally installed. And got this small job done quicker then expected! Always nice to work with folks that don't promise the moon and don't deliver. This crew delivered exceptionally well. Now my one complaint is they do not have a Veterans discount.

We had such a great experience working with EMO for new flooring and also backsplash tile. They were very helpful and patient as we were choosing our selections. Then the installations were smooth and easy. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied! Thank you EMO!

We had the best help in finding our flooring with Christine at the store. She took the time to help us find the right flooring to "go with" our current entryway. In addition, Kelly West and his crew of Brandon and Jim worked together seamlessly to install our new flooring entirely on our first floor! They were fantastic and we highly recommend them! Product, pricing, and installation were all great. We visited Emo Flooring with the thought of buying and installing the back splash ourselves, but with the help of Denise, we were able to pick out a backsplash of our liking and get it installed at a reasonable price. The installer did a great job and kept us informed all along.

Had to replace our 25 year old direct vent fireplace as we were selling our current home in the Porter Ridge neighborhood. This meant replacing the tile surround. Because it was 25 years old there was no way to replace with the same tile which matched the tile in front of the fireplace. The folks at EMO did a masterful job in helping us find tile surround that worked with the tile on the floor, but still have it a new look! Not only did they help with the selection, but they then came in and installed the new tile. We couldn't be happier! The fireplace looks and works beautifully and I know the new homeowners will love it as much as we do. Thanks to EMO Flooring Company!

We looked for tile in Omaha and Kansas City and found the perfect tile at EMO. Hannah and the office staff were very helpful and Joe laid the tile perfectly. We are extremely happy with our experience with EMO.

We installed new carpet in 3 bedrooms and 2 sets of stairs . The entire EMO staff was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy and simple - they gave us advice on carpet selection, color scheme, answered all my questions, and responded to my emails super quickly! Bob, the installer, was great - super professional and friendly, worked quickly, and did a seamless job! I love my new carpet, and would recommend the EMO experience to all.

We purchased Shaw LVT flooring for our living room, kitchen/dining, hall, bathroom, and laundry room from EMO Flooring. Hannah was very helpful in guiding me through the initial product selection, and the installer, Greg, did a fabulous job. He was very detailed and didn't rush through the project. The communication from other staff, Greg and Ben, was great as well. Our floors look so good and it's like we have a new house. We would highly recommend EMO and plan to purchase carpet and more LVT for our basement in the near future!
