EMO Flooring Company

EMO Flooring was a breeze to work with throughout the entire flooring process. They have great materials to choose from with large samples you can take home to see how they look in your space. Everything from measurement to installation was handled quickly and professionally. It took less than a month from the moment I walked through their doors to have a finished floor, and that was during the holiday season. Our installation was contracted through Kelly West Floors and they did an amazing job. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to ask questions when they needed to. Our installation was likely a little more challenging than most since it was the basement of a very old house, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at the finished product. We love our new floor!

We had a great experience with EMO Flooring (and installer Vitaliy Onishchuk). We replaced hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet areas with Shaw luxury vinyl flooring. We were very pleased with the flooring product, and the installation was top-notch. Highly recommended!

I am happy with the flooring so far but not with the customer service. First, I had to remind them to send me the proposal. Second, I had to call to find out when the flooring was going to come in. It had already been in for several days. They said they called but they called the wrong number and didn't try again. Third, I was led to believe that I could return a full box. But when I tried to do that, the return was refused. I believe that the customer should be told that when ordering. We could have adjusted the square footage as I have nearly 2 full boxes left. Someone other than their installers did the work for me.

My flooring was on back order for a number of months. Worth the wait as it was the final step on a remodeled kitchen. It totally completed the look I was wanting to accomplish. The installer was conscientious, very neat, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. Kudos to Steve!

I would highly recommend Emo Flooring for any of your flooring. We worked with Denise to pick out flooring for our entire house (kitchen, living/family room, bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry). We don't live in Lincoln, but Bill made a couple of trips out to our house and identified and helped resolve an issue with the sub-floor so our LVT would lay properly. The various installers were very professional, and I appreciated how they cleaned up after their installation. Greg and Ben kept my husband updated during the process.

We had Emo's install vinyl flooring on our lower level. We could not be more pleased. They installed high level quality materials in a top quality professional manner, even accommodating a schedule to meet our needs to prepare for houseguests for a special occasion. Best of all: they SHOWED up when they said they would, the DID what they said they would do, and they charged what they said they would. Terrific!

We had a small carpet job and originally looked elsewhere but the competitor never called back to schedule a measure. We went to EMO, who carried a better quality carpet. A few days later, the room was measured and the carpet ordered. And then installed. EMO came through for us and it looks great too!
