Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln

The hotel seems old and in need of an update. Our room 211 was literally right next to the HVAC on the roof and it was super loud all night making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was kinda gross and the shower head was broken. The sheets were so heavily bleached that the smell was overwhelming. Not impressed at all. When i tried to talk to the front desk the lady was dismissive and didn't seem to care. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Stayed here in Nov and then stopped here again as we were heading home in June. The place is clean and nice, has breakfast, reasonable prices and the night time front desk staff was excellent! I forgot the woman’s name at the desk but she made our night and we were grateful for her after driving for 24 hours. Excellent hospitality!

It's not often we are impressed by customer service, today was that day! Mike at the front desk went out of his way to make sure our stay was memorable. We will be staying at the Embassy again and again. Thank you Mike and the Embassy Suites staff for your hospitality, it made all the difference.

We booked through a 3rd party for a one night stay. We had a child come down with a serious illness and had to cancel our reservation, giving Embassy greater than 24 hours notice. We contacted the 3rd party and they told us that if we got a medical note and communicated the situation and Embassy agreed to a courtesy cancellation that we would be refunded. After going into the medical clinic, our son getting diagnosed with Scarlet Fever and being told by multiple healthcare professionals that we need to stay home and limit exposure, we gave our medical notes to the 3rd party. They then contacted Embassy to explain the situation. However, Embassy would not agree to a courtesy cancellation. The fact that a serious condition like this would not matter more than the $200 to Embassy is very disappointing. I wonder if Embassy would just prefer us to not cancel our stay if this situation would ever occur again and expose all of their guests to this illness.

The only dig I had was that the bathroom had no exhaust fan which may be the reason the wallpaper was coming off the wall. Awesome breakfast!

I had left something in my room the last time I was there and they kept my item until I came back three weeks later. I want to thank Neeraj for finding it for me. He was very helpful.

"Classic" Embassy Suites experience. Big atrium, suite room, excellent included breakfast (with made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes). - Excellent location - right across the street from Memorial Stadium (U of Neb) and the rest of campus. - Parking is across the street in a public garage. Sky way on 3rd level connects with 2nd floor of hotel. - Rooms a bit dated, but fully functional. They really need to upgrade their TV's (old style flat screens that are about 3 inches thick, with slow responding remote that can't access streaming services). Stayed Jan 2023 one night.

Stayed here for a Nebraska football game and had a great experience. The staff handled the game day crowd well and the atmosphere was fantastic. Don't skip the breakfast!

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was the very best complimentary breakfast, with made-to-order omelets and a wide variety of foods. Delicious!

With embassy suites I expect a basic level of comfort including blankets and pillows. The room is so outdated and the pillows and mattresses are so old they all need thrown out. I could get past the outdated decor if the pillows and bed were decent. These are complete trash, literally worse than a motel 8 I would pay $80 for. Beyond overpriced. Do not come here if you’re looking for a good sleep.
