Great stay, we parked in the adjacent garage that was connected by an enclosed walkway over the road to the hotel. We got a second floor room and it was really nice to park and be right on our floor. The only knock I have is the breakfast set up. In order to obtain any buffet meat, you have to almost cut the line for the made to order eggs. The staff tells you just to go right to the front and ask for meat but this is really awkward and you cannot see what meats there are you just have to say bacon or sausage but you can't tell if it's patties or links or see them to make a choice on what you want to eat. If they are going to insist on making you obtain meat from that line, their should be an obvious "station" or something instead of this awkward situation. Same goes for pancakes. Otherwise, great stay, but the breakfast line needs work.

Dirty and outdated rooms, bathrooms are falling apart and dirty. Breakfast was very disorganized and not very good. The staff is helpful and kind , especially for what they have to work with. Parking is inconvenient and expensive.

Extremely helpful staff. Lucas was able to assist me with some important administrative work prior to attending a local career fair. I'm extremely glad that I chose to stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff made check in and out easy. And questions or changes that happened during my stay were attended to and fixed with no problems. Would stay there again.

I had a reservation at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln and wanted to make some changes due to a conference I was attending there. Shana and Trace helped me with everything. They were very professional, friendly and found a solution to my problem. Great Customer Service! Thank You! I have stayed here a number of times and plan to again in the future.

What a fantastic Embassy Suites downtown Lincoln, Nebraska! I can honestly say this has to be one of the nicest Embassy Suites I have stayed at in a long time! Let alone other Hilton Hotels. Embassy Lincoln was Friendly, Outstanding Customer Service at all levels, Great Breakfast and Clean!!! The Breakfast Chef was outstanding! Dock Party! Absolute pleasure to spend 4 nights one week and 5 nights the next week. A Big Shout Out To Stacy L for her skills, customer service and just overall passion for her position and what her job entails!!! I also learned from Stacy about a school program with employees that have special job skills and have an opportunity for jobs! I wish more hotels were like this! Highly recommend Embassy Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska! Go Cornhuskers!!!

The hotel was very,very out of date - dirty- and lacking customer service I expect at a Hilton. The “fitness center” was basically an old laundry room or closet without ventilation or any cardio equipment. The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact, there were three of them there, yet when you dial the “front desk” you get a “virtual assistant in training”. The hot breakfast buffet was cold. The pool was overrun by unsupervised, rude twelve year old boys. The hotel is listed as “pet friendly” but there is a $75 fee for pets and no grass in sight. The room was just short of disgusting to which I will spare you the details. I am sure at one time this place was nice, however if you are a regular Hilton customer- I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. We unfortunately paid a premium for our stay and will not go back.

I love this hotel. It's extremely clean, employees are exceptional, location is good. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wanted room service this morning and it's unavailable and the a/c works but it's not 65 degrees in here as the thermostat says more like 73. It's quiet, comfy beds, good coffee in room. It gets a 4.7 in my book. I will be back and make it a regular stop on my trips back East.
