I am commenting on Sham Sham’s recently posted review. After reading all the reviews nearly all of them are very old and do not pertain to the new Lancaster County location. The new owners bought this from PWK in December 2019. If you look at all the dated reviews the math just doesn’t add up.

Did a poor job training our dogs. Asked to be removed from his email list and he told me to do it myself - which I tried multiple times. He also added us to other company email lists without our approval.

I have NEVER worked so hard for a pathological liar & thief. He claims to be certified and he's NOT. Willie Dove Sr. took from ALL and OWES ALL of his employees.. Your Fury Babies are NOT safe with him nor is Your Debit/Credit Cards..

Very pleased with our pet transport from Nebraska to Arizona! Zero problems, great customer service and our baby girl Sofia arrived safe and happy. He arrived literally the minute he said he would. I definitely reccomend him and his business.

Before training with Willie, walking my dog Maui was stressful. Maui would dart after things, he would pull, and he would react to other dogs and people. Now, he listens to commands and walks next to my side without pulling when we are on walks

I kenneled my dog with Dove's when I left town for a few days. He came back home in terrific shape - he usually slept for two or three days after a kennel stay, but he wanted to go for a walk the evening of the day we picked him up. Thanks Dove's!

I would like to thank Mr. Dove and Sonja for a job well done with our dog Kenay. They did an amazing job within the 2 weeks. It was a job in it self just to take him out for a walk but now he’s calm and walking him is not like holding on to a sled anymore especially no mor nipping at my feet. He’s not a show dog but he’s a friendlier pup. Great job team for the short time. Thank you. !!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

I used this service for over a year and for the most part was quite pleased with it. I ThOUGHT Willie was responsible and accountable for the employees he hired and the jobs they did for his customers. In June the dog walker that I had had resigned and I got some person named Josh. I noticed when I would come home after work i Aug my dog would have urinate for quite a long time and thougth that was kind of unusual. I boarded my dog with this company when I went on vacation the end of July.From the end of July thru the whole month of Aug I was under the impression that this new dog walker was coming daily at noon to take my dog out while I was at work. I thought it was odd that I never rec' d a notification of appts or an invoice for Aug I emailed Wille inquiring as to why this was,? Was my dog getting walked and who was walking her as I was never formally introduced to the new walker ( as any reputable company would do) I didnt know if it was a he or she , never got any updates that appt were completed ect. (You would think a company would know what their employees are doing--or NOT doing) He emailed back stating he would "look into it" The next day I texted him requesting an update-- and asking if they would still be taking my dog out. He texted me back stating he had "talked to Josh and confirmed he hadnt been walking Millie" AND that he didnt have another walker.. He said and I quote " I understand your frustration Nancy and Im sorry to lose your business as you were a good customer. Can you believe it??? So sad to bad youve been a faithful paying customre for a year and a half but I dont have the manpower to take care of you and by the way sorry I didnt tell you but I didnt even know my employee wasnt doing his job. Im with Petpartners now. A company that knows how to run a business and has accountability for its business and its workers and DOES IT RIGHT. Be ware YA'll if he can do this to me..what makes you think you rate? and please dont use JOSH
