It was a emergency tooth extraction.... They did what I requested... Good job.... I have no insurance you need to allow monthly payment that is a issue...but good job

First time with them. Had 2 cavities and had to return to get filed down to correct my bite after all that numbing med. Both are sensitive and now it appears one filing has completely come out and I can't even close my bite. Not going back. For all that money should have been done right the first time!

I was very happy with the care I received from the staff at Aspen Dental in Lincoln, Nebraska. I will certainly be a return patient. I appreciate that they allow walk ins.

Worst of worst front desk. I had appointment, and they didn’t mentioned my insurance. When I went there, a young girl gave me a paper with amount 223$ for cleaning. I asked if it won’t through my insurance because I know I had new insurance and it wasn’t on file. But instead of going to check my profile to make sure insurance was on file or not. She just said “yes, this amount after tax” i told her how she knows, she replied because 223 is not too much money!!! I went to call my insurance for few minutes and got back they put someone else in my spot. Then I asked a gentle man to check my insurance, he said no insurance on your file. Please, don’t go there!

So incredibly rude! I had an appointment set for over 6 weeks. They called me the day BEFORE telling me they needed to reschedule me (wouldn't tell me why) and told me to come in earlier the next day. When I said I couldn't do that the receptionist got a huge attitude. I told her I had to work around my work schedule which caused her to get a bigger attitude. Will possibly be finding another dentist after this.

Will try and overcharge and over-diagnose you! Went to have X-rays done and waited an hour in the dentist chair. Then tells me I need a gingivitis cleaning and turns out they were wrong but charged me $55 for the cleaning anyway. Still haven’t received the refund and it’s been over a month! Terrible front desk help and I’ve had several other bad experiences. Will be canceling my next cleaning appointment and finding another practice.

Went for the free exam when I was between insurance companies, everything went fine aside from my appointment being at 8 and them telling me to come 15 mins early but they don’t even unlock their doors until 8 so I looked like a fool trying to walk in before 8. They gave me an estimate for everything I needed done, which was a lot, and I was shocked. Over $6,000. I started with a cleaning while I waited for my new insurance to kick in. Everything went fine and they scheduled me for the second part of my cleaning 2 weeks later for a 12:15. I even have the reminder card for proof. Fast forward 2 weeks and I show up early and sit in my car until it gets closer to 12:15. They call me at 12:07 saying my appt was at 12 and asking where I was. I told them I was in the parking lot and that my reminder card said 12:15. Whatever, not a big deal. I go in for the second part of my cleaning and it went fine. I had my new insurance at this point and the adjusted estimate for all the work I needed done was a little over $2,000. I told the hygienist that I would be going back to my normal dentist for a second opinion and asked them to email records. They didn’t know how to do that so they printed everything off and gave it to me which was fine. I went to my normal dentist yesterday and the discrepancies between Aspen’s treatment plan and his were staggering. Aspen wanted to put crowns on 3 teeth that apparently do not need crowns. They also completely missed a major cavity in a back molar that is threatening pulp exposure. Everything else is minor and my new bill is nowhere near what Aspen was trying to get me to pay. The hygienist at Aspen was really nice and not pushy which I appreciated. My only other observation was that the front desk girl was very cold and seemed like she didn’t want to be there or interact with clients. I’m not trying to be a Karen here, all I’m saying is a smile and a “Hello” go a long way in customer service. So yeah I don’t really recommend Aspen, but my experience wasn’t god awful.

Everyone was so friendly and made sure you understood what they were going to do before they did it The techs Dasiy and Gabby were so helpful and attentive. All the time I was there I was at ease. I have a very enjoyable time. Well as much as you can having a tooth pulled. The doctor and dental hygienist were just great. Yes I will return. Thank you for everything. Shirley Clark
