Doctor stinson Is awesome. Hes very attentive And really knows how to listen to his patients. The entire staff at South Aspen dental are very kind And considerate. They all do great together and are a spectacular team. Really wish I would have started with Aspen dental a long time ago. They made the transition going in to wearing dentures super easy. I have my confidence back! Thank you South Aspen dental for all that you do to help people like me.

It was good all questions was answered and everything was explained. Everyone was nice. I will tell my family and friends to check you out. Hopefully they will have the right insurance to be seen. Overall my experience with everyone I talked to and the exam was good. I even have a appointment set up for my mom. It's been a long time since my mom has been seen by a dentist. Can't wait to get started. To get everything done. My experience with Aspen Dental is very good and very promising. Everyone should take the time and check it out. Thank you Aspen.

Aspen dental is amazing. No other dentist could get my brother and I in until Monday next week. Aspen took us both yesterday and got us the dental help that we needed. Both of our procedures are scheduled for next week.

I transport my wife to her appointments. She likes the care she receives there. She doesn't mind if she sees different dentists. They all seem to treat her well.

By far the best place to for treatment in Lincoln. They speak to you like your not their paycheck, they give the best advice they can for your treatment plan, and talk to you like they care... Which I'm sure they do. I will never go to another dentist other than Aspen dental. They do great job there.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental! My wife had her crown for about 2 years and it fell off twice. When she called this time to have it reglued, they wanted her to wait 12 days. NOT ACCEPTABLE! We went to another dentist and they reglued the crown in about ten minutes.

I am a visitor from out of town and needed dental service for an infected tooth. From the first contact on the telephone with Aspen Dental, to the time I walked out of the office from my appointment, the care was outstanding. The staff were friendly, efficient and competent.

Last week I had my 6 month dental cleaning scheduled. That week I received a call from Aspen Dental stating the time no longer works for them and the appointment must be rescheduled. First, why schedule an appointment with the client when it does not work for your company? That is a HUGE mistake by Aspen Dental. I can't imagine doing the same with my clients. The appointment was rescheduled to today. Late yesterday I received a text message stating "Aspen Dental is excited to see you Monday". Wait, what? Today is Thursday. Why was it rescheduled to Monday without my consent? Again, very unprofessional to reschedule a client's appointment without their consent. I called Aspen Dental this morning at 7:00 AM CT. There was no answer; likely due to them being closed. At 8:12 AM CT I received a call from Aspen Dental asking where I am. My appointment was at 8:00 AM CT. I shared with them the text message I received. The lady said I can still come in today; other times are available. I told her that I need to check my schedule and call back. I called Aspen Dental back. The manager answered the phone. I shared with her that I am very upset. This is the second time I have been inconvenienced due to Aspen Dental's mistakes 1) Aspen Dental called me to reschedule because the time no longer works for them 2) I received a text message stating my appointment was moved from Thursday to Monday without my consent. And now I have no faith in Aspen Dental honoring it's commitments. Her response was the text was sent in error. I shared that I am considering discontinuing doing business with Aspen Dental. Her response was "okay". She made no effort to remedy the situation. She again said "we have times available". She missed the point. It's not about having times available. It's about making it right. She should have said "I am very sorry the the inconvenience. What can I do to keep your business? You are a valuable client of ours." This was a great opportunity to make it right and she didn't. She wasn't even apologetic. This is not how you retain your customers. When my employer makes a mistake we do everything in our power to make it right with the client. We'll go the extra mile to make them happy and to ensure the mistake does not happen again. In this situation Aspen Dental did nothing of that. Their reaction was like this is a normal thing; disappointing customers due to Aspen Dental's mistake. On two separate occasions Aspen Dental dropped the ball and inconvenienced the same customer twice. They didn't ask what can they do to keep keep the business. I'm just one client in a pool of many but every client matters. The manger was willing to lose a customer. This is not how one should do business. What a disappointment. The call then ended.

We had a very good experience. Everyone was very kind and explained everything they were doing and included us in the plan of action. We got a prompt appointment and addressed all of our concerns.
