Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical

Jon did an amazing job repairing and diagnosing a pipe burst for our company. He then fixed a double sink while he was onsite at our request. Great customer service, professionalism and execution!

The worker Juan was punctual, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile on a sink installation and again diagnosing a shower leak. Truly appreciate his positivity and approachability regarding my numerous questions.

The service itself was fine, but this review is in regards to unexpected charges. We were first time customers, and live outside of city limits. They advertise “Lincoln and surrounding areas,” but it would have been nice to know that we were being charged $95 additional because we live a few miles outside of town. We were not informed of this upon scheduling. This is on top of the $35 trip charge, which we were expecting. There was no communication about out of town charges. And they had to come out twice, so I can’t wait to get the second bill for another out of town charge. They should have been more upfront about this cost when we provided address and said we were a new customer upon scheduling. Highly upsetting and disappointing to find out this way. Definitely shopping around other places before we order our new unit.

Found myself in a tough spot Friday evening Christmas weekend. Below 0 outside and my furnace goes out. I was unable to reach my furnace guy. Gave Action a try. I have a friend who works there. Eric showed up and got the heat going again. No complaints.

Action has been really easy to work with. We had 93 AC units installed in a new apartment complex I manage. Every-time we need anything she is super responsive to addressing anything I reach out about. Especially during these July / August heat waves when all HVAC services are swamped. Just wanted to highlight her work and the technicians I’ve personally encountered.

I feel the need to comment because I just got off the phone with someone from Action. I had called at the end of last week requesting a quote for a dryer vent repair/rerouting. I had someone call me back this morning after the weekend. I, in no way, told them I was on a deadline to have this fixed and didn't say it was something that needed to be done right away. He asked what the issue was. I explained to him what I was looking to have done, which was just a quote for the repair or rerouting, whichever they felt was the best solution. His answer, "Well, we're pretty swamped. You better call someone else to get this taken care of." I was really surprised a business would even say something like that to a prospective customer. Clearly they don't need the business, so I will be going elsewhere in the future.

We use Action a lot for our rentals, always super professional and punctual. Jon was early and was able to get the repairs done really fast, we had a small circulation pump go bad and had it in and out in 30 min. Definitely recommend these guys!

We awoke to a cold hot water heater and I called Action due to a referral. I was called back quickly and was told they probably could not get there until the next morning. Well a few hours later I received a call say tech Jon was coming over. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quoted a price and had the job finished with 45 minutes. When you have never needed a plumber before, Action was friendly and professional and quick…. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing service.

Trent and Lee arrived sooner than expected. They discovered the problem quickly and repaired it easily. They are very professional and considerate . They wore plastic covers on their work boots .They explained the work to be done and answered every question. I could not believe they did such great work in the Coldest day in Lincoln so far. I always recommend Action Plumbing for such great work , value and speed!!!

Juan came to my house to install a new hot water heater. He removed the old and installed the new one quickly! He left the work area spotless. Juan was Very respectful and kind. He really knew his product. A TRUE PROFFESSIONAL! Juan represented your company well. I think he deserves a raise!!
