Alec arrived at the scheduled time and thoroughly cleaned and checked everything and let me know what we needed to keep an eye on.

I truly enjoyed working with Action! It was very easy to set up an appointment, and they accommodated me when I wanted to reschedule. I worked with Sue to schedule my appointment and it was quick, simple, and to the point. I then had a tech, Jessie, come out and Sue was kind enough to let me know when he was on his way which was great with my work schedule. Jessie was quick, efficient, and very kind. I enjoyed utilizing them and will definitely be back for any future needs!

Jake was very courteous and informative. He took extra time to explain some some possible solutions to potential problems with my HVAC system.

Erik diagnosed problem of thermostat cycling and cycling without allowing the furnace to work. I’d closed off some registers and Erik suggested reopening them all to allow max air flow through heat exchanger. Over heating there was tripping the thermostat off repeatedly. Modifications were done and all is working great now. Erik was professional and personable.

Eric was great! Even asked about my dogs and how they were! Which is important to me! He serviced everything and was polite and knowledgeable! Very professional! Highly recommend

Installed a new water softener . They were very quick with a response on website . Came out the next day . Jon N was Efficient Clean and Explained Everything . No pressure to buy from them but willing to do it on the spot . They were in and out in an hour and a half. We are very happy with them and Jon N . There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews .

Long story short I own a automotive business right down the street from them. A year ago we had one of their AC units installed in on our wall. The first two months went halfway decent with it then after that it didn't do so well. They have failed to show up and get somebody here to fix it numerous times. Then when they do get somebody here to fix it it only lasts for just a short period of time of 2 to 4 days. I spoke to the manager and the HVAC department Matt and I never heard a response back from him for over a month as we were without AC. Mind you the AC unit is in my office/ waiting room for my customers. I have been dealing with this problem for over a year they've sent multiple people out and have failed to complete the job and the repair. So from one business to another you guys have failed to meet your customers needs. Just an FYI I would never treat my customers the way I have been treated by this business. I looked at their reviews and I was quite impressed that they had a 4.9 due to the fact that the way I have been treated and put on the back burner. Then I get told my review won't even matter because I have multiple positive reviews.

By far the best in the business for what they do. I can not sing their praises enough. They care about customers and are not out to make a quick buck. The quality of the work is in line with the cost of the service and very professional. I am recommending to everyone.
