Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced, these guys do their job very well and ask for your permission before doing anything. Highly recommend this place if you need a quick fix.

AMAZING service! Very fast and polite people. I had won a certificate at a charity event that they had participated in and donated a free oil change. Highly recommend checking the place out!!!!

Service was super quick. Staff was very friendly. Only 4 out of 5 bc had dirty/oily hand prints on hood and inside of drivers door. Was able to wipe off but thinking they shouldn't have been there to begin with. Would still reccomend.

Wonderful experience! Very thorough with all the details of my vehicle. Group worked as a team and explained everything. Really felt that I left with my vehicle approved by professionals!

Prices are absolutely ridiculous! I have been a customer of the location for 15 years. They try to upsell on everything. Less service and prices doubled. The man was defensive when asked about the unreasonable price increase. Inflation yes a 50% increase in charge for same service no!!! I will take my 6 cars that need routine service to another location for sure!

It was good and fast but they didn’t have my air filter for my car and they wouldn’t get one brought over from a parts place which all of the other places do that! But it was fast and the workers were friendly.

Oil change and basic vehicle inspection. The team was quick, thorough and professional. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell any services that I didn't request. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!

There was nothing positive about my experience with Strickland Brothers. From the time you pull into the bay, you get orders barked at you to check your signals, lights, etc. The price that they charge is higher than getting my vehicle serviced at the dealer. Super Shine would just do a filter & oil change for me, and charge accordingly. I told the employee multiple times that I just wanted the filter & oil, I do not want full service. "We don't do that. It's just how it is." What a helpful response. I told them not to check the air filter. It was checked anyway. Washer fluid was added to my already winterized formula and brand of washer fluid I prefer into the reservoir - sure hope it was a winter blend so I don't have a frozen chunk of fluid when I need to wash the windshield. I was also asked if I knew how to reset my own "maintenance required" message that comes on in the gauge cluster. I have never been asked that question getting an oil change since I've owned and serviced a vehicle. You also get to yell out your personal information to all the employees and any other customers so it can be entered into the computer system. Not an 'I'm sorry', a discount, anything. Absolutely appalling experience. Sure hope in those minutes I spent an absurd amount of money for that the filter was actually changed, the correct amount and type of oil was replenished, and that the cap/filter are securely fastened. I would rather roll the dice and take my car to Walmart for service. I'm sure they're at least cordial to their customers. Waiting for management to reach out to me to remedy this situation.

They did such a good job! Everyone was super friendly and talked to me through the process! I love going into businesses and feeling like I’m not just another irritation! Definitely would go back!

10/10 amazing service , the manager guy Scott was very nice, he went out of his way to see that I was a cna and get me a card that gives me a discount every time I come back !! Overall good service and very quick took 10 minutes maybe even less, as advertised! All the guys there were very fast efficient and friendly . Would recommend, this is the only place I will be getting my oil changed.
