Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Although a touch on the pricy side, customer service was excellent! Super friendly when you pull up, got the job done in a timely manner, and didn’t try and hide or sneak anything passed you!

When the Strickland Bros took over I had both of our vehicles serviced and was not at all impressed with the lack of personal service and wrote a review on same. Sense then the car wash has been closed for about a month. Today I got a call from Nick Booker from Strickland bros. He explained that they have brought back all of the personal service touches we were used to when Rusty owned the business like vacuuming out the car, checking tires, etc. The car was has been closed because they can't find anyone that wants to work and expect to reopen the car was very soon. The increase in oil change prices are a direct result of Biden shutting down all of the energy production in the USA when he became President. Hopefully we will get some relief after the November election. I told Nick that we will give them another chance to redeem themselves as they are a family owned business and are striving to meet their customer demands. Craig Peister

Super fast and friendly service! Scott was real helpful and made sure we got the air filters taken care of while the oil was being changed too!

Always have went to Super Shine and was hoping to see the legacy of Super Shine continue. However, I will not be returning. I paid almost double what I used to pay with the previous owners and didn’t receive even half of the service I used to receive. (Over $100) Understandably costs of everything are increasing, but because you know people will be shocked by a price increase I would still offer as many customers perks as possible. Especially when most places are still cheaper and still offer the extras. Previously for less that have I would have received a discounted car wash, air conditioned waiting room with water, vacuuming, air fresher, all fluids checked, checked my window wipers etc were all good. Instead I paid $100 to sit in a 100 degree car without any of the above. On top of it all I sat there watching an employee smoke feet away from my car so I can’t even say this is a safe environment for anyone to be in. 10 minute oil change is a great idea, but I think your customers would be much more satisfied if you would change it to even 20mins as long as you go above and beyond. Especially if you are going to charge more and have peoples cars leaving smelling like cigarettes smoke.

I've gone to this place for years! Have a smaller car and don't require much! Just needed an oil change! Prices went up considerably with less service. They were rude when I asked for a vacuum..."we don't do that anymore!!". Not a big deal but it was a nice touch! A week or so ago I was due for another oil change! Got back from Omaha and my check engine light comes on! Took it to have it checked and turns out I only have .5 quarts of oil compared to 4!!! I've never had this happen before! Turns out my oil plug wasn't on tight enough! Higher priced oil changes is one thing but a new engine?? Could've gone from bad to 'sorry ma'am your engine is fried!!" 10 minutes might not be enough for good quality... and the customer service is less than desirable!

I have to agree with the other reviews. Absolutely no service! The previous owners had it going on with all the services they provided but this was ridiculous. My print out said they checked all the fluids and the tires but sitting in the car I can say they didn’t do anything. Was supposed to get Valvoline 5w30 and watched them put O’Rielly’s oil in my car. You could hear the employees talking about everything they were out of. Definitely the last time I will be getting any of my cars serviced here.

Professional and educated employees. Helped me out with fuel line issue unrelated to my oil change. Great work!

Highly recommend for the fastest oil change in Kearney. Scott and his team do a great job. Autumn is the best lube technician and an expert at her job.

Went in yesterday to get the fluids checked and my oil changed. I have a 2018 Nissan Rouge and it was the first oil change for this new car of mine. The manager Scott was so nice and informative about the amount of time and money was needed to complete the process. During this he never tried to pull the wool over my eyes or gouge me on the price. He was honest and upfront with everything as well as extremely nice with me asking a bunch of questions. I will 1000% be returning in the future for my car needs and I suggest you all go see Scott and his staff for anything you may need. :)
