Motel 6 Kearney, NE

For a Motel 6 you really can't ask for more. Very clean, front desk is helpful and to the point. Rooms were clean and the bathroom is choice.

OMG!!! I have been to a lot of motel 6 This one is absolutely beautiful and I’m still in shock when I opened the door to the room yesterday I just couldn’t believe how beautiful my last experience was bad but this one changed the way I felt about motel 6 there is absolutely no disappointment here!! I love it. I forget to mention that the staff is wonderful I have a cane corso an Italian mastiff that is big and intimidating I couldn’t get her to come in she thought she was going to the vet they jumped right in to help she was not afraid of her and with their help I was able to get her in….again thank you all your great.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, it was quiet, and I felt very safe there. It was near a lot of restaurants, stores, and bars. It was nice to walk around. We even met some of the locals and had a drink with them. It was a friendly area.

Not the best, but not the worst. Just needed a place to crash for the night on our road trip. A big issue was the parking lot was PACKED. There were no spots left. Tons of cars parked on curbs and in the middle of the lot. We had to park in an obscure place as well due to there being no spots. Then early in the morning we were being called constantly to move our car. The other big issue I had was the towels were really gross. I’m sure they had been washed but they were stained all over. It really grossed me out. Pros: it’s a cheap place to stay. Beds are just fine. Room seemed pretty clean. TV works well. Front desk is nice.

This is hands-down the best motel I've ever stayed in. The parking lot was well-lit and provided dedicated space for trailers. The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. The motel was full but I couldn't tell as it was very quiet. The A/C in the room was a little noisy but hey, there was A/C and it worked great!

One night stay on 11/5/21, 2 adults and a large sweet dog (our beautiful Borzoi): I was allowed to check the room before paying and it was super clean and very spacious. The staff was simple, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. They loved dogs and gave dog treats! They do not charge for dogs. The room amount was the same as on hotel sites. They do not give AAA discount but do for AARP members and Military families. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, strong and high enough for tall people. The bathtub was clean and 2 sets of white towels provided. I was surprised that it was so clean, a good and safe experience! If you have a dog or dogs this is the place to stay! (even if you don't it is still a good deal). We also spent a nigh at the Evanston, WI facility and it was also clean and pleasant. I recommend both locations. PS: The motel locations are near the freeways but both were very close to downtown.

This hotel was extremely clean for a Motel 6, every thing about the room was clean AND it had a microwave and refrigerator is unusual for most dirty dingy motel 6 locations.

Our room was very clean , sheets were crisp, bathroom was very clean!

The price was low however I did expect a few things that were not provided. No hairdryer. No shampoo/conditioner, no tissues. The towels were small, thin, and rough. Our room was not cleaned and when I asked was told ,”Well you didn’t ask for it to be cleaned.” So if you are staying multiple days be sure you ask for a cleaning so you get clean towels.

Very nice for a motel 6, set up an expection that was not met at my motel the following night. Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in with my dog. If you follow the sidewalk just around the block, past the car dealership, there is a nice walking path I was able to take my dog on. Very convenient, other places I've stayed I've had to drive someone to walk my dog.
