Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst experience ever at a BW3s! The smell that hits you when u walk in should be your 1st warning to walk out. It just smelt unclean like a bad motel. The hostess was no where to be found so we were standing there for a good 5minutes or more before anyone acknowledged we were there. The place had plenty of open seating yet ourselves and 3-4 other groups of ppl were waiting to be seated. The hostess and staff just didn't seemed concerned at all that ppl were there to enjoy a nice meal. After waiting for 20 minutes which was unreasonable since they were not busy (empty tables everywhere in the place). We took our business elsewhere.

Went in for dinner, placed our order and received our drinks. 2 people in our group received their food about 10-15 mins before the other 2 (their food was cold by the time the rest of the order came out). The server was busy talking to the people behind us. Not offered refills, nor gotten refills even when asked. She didn’t even come to collect payment. Went up front and was told to pay up with the server, we had been waiting for 20 min for her to come over. I stood at the table for another 5 mins before the server took my card for payment. The hostesses were talking about my group taking the bill up front as I reapproached the front. I had to tell them I wouldn’t have brought the bill to them had our server came to our table. I really can’t see myself going back as every experience there gets worse and worse.

I usually do not leave reviews but with that said. We live out of town and order takeout often. Almost always missing something, first time got all the way home, called and they did send $10 gift card for missing item and very apologetic. So we check order before we leave now. Today 20 traditional wings missing. The host was quick to go back and notify the manager or supervisor, supervisor did not say one single word to us, brought out wings, gave us a very dirty look, looked in our bag, put the wings in bag, set on counter and walked away. Not one single word, if after I picked up bag and said thank you as she walked away.

It really is hit or miss with this BWW. While they have pretty good drinks and food, they've slowly gone down hill. However the last few times I have gone there have been bugs flying around the place in the summer, fries were brought out cold or our main dishes were brought out 20 minutes apart from eachother. Last weekend, when I cut open my last wing, it was raw. We weren't asked if we wanted water and our table was still dirty. Was highly disappointed because I used to love this place. I would recommend going to Jerseys across the street instead.

Will never go back. The food is always mediocre and cold. If you get your food.. which we didn't last time because the kitchen forgot to make my husband's order, or like when we went today and they served my pizza without all the ingredients and didn't say anything until I asked. The hostess was doing her homework in the dining area, waitress was eating while serving and the bartender was never behind the bar. Manager was hanging out in the kitchen the whole time and only came out to take a drink off our ticket the bartender messed up royally. Was a very unprofessional setting.

We heard BWW was under new management so decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the service was fast and they were very busy. Mitch, the manager stopped at our table several times to check on us. Noticed the manager helping in all areas. We will definitely be back.

I NEVER, wrote reviews! But after getting home with our food. It was horrible, cold, crunchy and hard fries. Two of burgers, were completely made wrong according to what we asked to have on them. We spent 78 dollars to receive food I wouldn’t feed my dog. This is the 3rd time we have eaten at the Kearney location, and I would have to say, it’s gotten progressively worse. First time, we had some issues, but wasn’t too bad. Second time, everything I ordered, wasn’t in stock. Then when I received what they did have, it’s was not how I ordered it. Then this time tonight. Something needs to be fixed in the management department.! Please!

When we first entered the restaurant, we were greeted poorly. Our waitress Christina was very rude. She began to walk away in the middle of us ordering our food, had absolutely NO manners at all, huffed and puffed when we made any requests (asking for sauce or a to-go box), and brought our bottled water way after we had finished eating and had already gotten the bill. As someone who works in food service this was a huge disappointment. Will not be coming back!

Bone in wings were great and the spicy garlic were tasty... What I don't understand is I also ordered the Thai curry wings from the hot list and was very surprised there wasn't much for spice. Spicy garlic were much spicier and on the medium list. Not a big deal but was really looking forward to a good sweat...

Mediocre at best. We had 2 orders of fries that went with our wings. Fries were delivered 10 minutes before the rest of the meal. Our wings were wrong - another 10 min wait for the right order. Had a coupon for 25% off - ended up taking $5 off a $60+ order (you do the math). Manager was nice. Food was good when we got it. Paid $3 for a shot of Bloody Mary mix to make a red beer…. EDITED TO ADD: I filled out the BWW survey as requested to do in the response and never heard back.
