Buffalo Wild Wings

Do not eat here! There service is absolutely horrible. It always takes over an 40 minutes to get your food. For no reason should you ever order take out from here either. It always takes over an hour for the food to be ready and when you show up to pick it up it’s still not ready for another 20-40 minutes. Then your lucky if the food is even like warm. I have learned my lesson! Stick with local restaurants that actually care!

Didn't even order. Staff encouraged me to sit at bar however with my knee issue and their tall chairs it's a bit difficult. Didn't want to cause an issue although they weren't busy at all I feel they just didn't want to provide a single customer a booth. At the bar they want to text you your bill and pay for it that way when I explained the bartender I wouldn't do that he was rude. At that point I'm done, I'm gone. Probably a good thing I don't live there as this one would have lost a customer.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly, waitress took care of us, only reason I give it 4 stars is because the wings themselves tasted bland when compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings I've visited from out of town, there was barely any flavor, for example, in the Thai Curry and Jammin' Jalapeño.

Went here on a Tuesday and got 2 for 1 wings. The wings were good and the honey sauce was tasty. I have always thought this place was too expensive, but 2 for 1 makes it way worth it. The place was mostly empty, which surprised me for lunch time, but I enjoyed it. The waitress was very attentive and the TVs, which were all over, were not very loud. I had a good time and a good beer, so go for 2 for 1 and enjoy!

I had the worst boneless wings ever. Very very dry and hardly any sauce. Ordered parmesan garlic and Asian zing, and there was barely any sauce on them at all. My daughter ordered the Southwest chicken sandwich. When they brought it, there was no slaw on the chicken. Waitress said, they gave you the wrong one. She came back with I guess the manager to say they no longer have coleslaw. But the sandwich is still on the menu? They offered to make her something else, but I had my food and we had already waited long enough. And no offer of a 'discount' on her meal. Update your menus and update the wait staff!

While the folks who host and work up front are great, the kitchen staff of this place made me really uncomfortable. Alot of the time food is totally undercooked, too. I happened to drive around the back side of their building and saw a pest control car there, which wasn't super encouraging. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon unfortunately.

Food was fresh, tasted great, service was wonderful and friendly. Waited a little long on a drink refill check once, but nothing big and if I have to nit pick to find something wrong then it's great!

Normally things are fine... tonight was not fine. Order thru app, get there a few min before estimated time and food was ready. Awesome.... yea no. Wings were ice cold. Not just a little cool... cold. Called up and they were quick to fix it.

Update, not going back for a bit. The waitress got out drinks promptly and took our order. We never saw her again. Someone else brought our food out. We never got drink refills. Our order was incorrect. The wings were cold. I have been there around 7 times the past month and the service has been ok to great. But, last night was back to the previous horrible service. ... I went to BWW's last week for the first time in a long time. The food and service were both excellent and deserving of 5 stars. However, the two times before that both the food and service were really bad. For now I will rate it 4 stars and then adjust accordingly after my next visit. I really want them to be good so the last visit was encouraging.

Service was way to slow, had 20 tables open, and still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated.....
