Angus Burgers & Shakes

The burger and salmon were very good, however we asked for some substitutions, and were surprised when the bill showed they up-charged us for every single change, there were no same-cost substitutions. The waiter talked with the manager and they would not give any discount for all the items we asked to keep off. Ever heard of a substitution where you take something off and substitute something else without getting charged extra? I was charged $2 for fries with my burger, even though it was supposed to come with fries. My wife ordered a side salad instead of fries and was charged the full $4 for the salad. I asked for grilled onions instead of uncooked onions, no tomato, no pickle, but still had to pay the full up-charge for grilled onions. I also added avocado which I get that I would have to pay for that. The owner's response shows the level of greed at this place.

Food is great! Service is terrible. No greetings, no refills, no recommendations, not one thank you or please come again. Dirty plates on table nit picked up do we could enjoy our desserts. Had to get another server to find our server so we could get our check to pay. By my head count - one bartender, two cooks, 4 servers and everyone of them on their cell phones. The restaurant was not busy and no excuse. This is the 2nd time we ate there in the last two weeks - service has not changed. I’ll be back but for $120 for four to eat we deserve more service.

Absolutely delicious burgers and crispy waffle fries. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the buffalo cauliflower but everything else was amazing. Get the uncrustable burger! You cannot go wrong.

I have updated my review (previously 5 stars) to reflect my most recent experience. While the service was fine, the atmosphere was very disorganized and dirty. All empty tables in the restaurant had leftover food from previous customers and remained that way throughout my meal. The result was an uncomfortable and dirty environment. The food was also rather disappointing, particularly for the price. I anticipate that this experience may be attributed to low staffing, but, regardless, the overall experience was no better than going to a local Applebee's.

I loved that the appetizers and sides came out hot...no heat lamps. My wife lived her burger. Mine was ok, it came hot and sizzling but it was well, well done. My kids loved their shakes! It was good, but it's pricy.

The burgers were delicious! We stopped in from out of town and agreed we would come back in the future. I would give 5 stars, but the host did not say one word to us from the time we entered to the time we sat down and he walked away. I shouldn’t have to be the only one to say “hi” and then how many of us. As a long time server, I know that’s not the expectation of a host/hostess! With this, we were not told onion rings instead of fries would be $4. I understand most places have an up charge for certain sides, but $4 seems like a lot and to not tell someone, that seems sketchy. Stick with the fries anyways, as the onion rings were not great. Otherwise, we will be back for the burger and fries!

We’ve gotten takeout from here before and our sandwiches were so good! I was really disappointed this time and spent over $20 for just a sandwich and fries. I paid extra for a side of ranch I never received. The waffle fries were overdone and the hot chicken sandwich just wasn’t good at all. I love spicy but it was lacking flavor and falling apart right away.

Had the waffle fries with coleslaw and pork ends and OMG. I should have just ordered this. Fried pickles were ok. Also had the Nebraska Farmer Burger and it was delish. Got truffle fries with mine. So good. Definitely worth the drive!!

Stopped in on our way across the country. Food was amazing!! I had the French Onion Burger and my husband had the special—the Wrangler Burger!! The fries were so good and crispy! The shake was delicious!! We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place! Food was superb aatmosphere lively. We came on a busy night. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. I was so Impressed with everyone from the woman who was getting people sat quickly and the waitstaff. We had a young man wait on us who was studying business. He was an absolute doll. Hats off to the whole place!
